What a great experience. I was having issues trying to install a door opener and hit a wall. Finally gave up and called Eric, he was too busy to come out for a service call so he walked me through it over the phone! Who does that?? Problem fixed! Thanks Eric

I had a retention spring brake on my garage door. I Called Eric and he gave me a time frame of when he'd be out to my location. He let me know he was sending an employee. Bobby showed up and had it done well before they even said they'd be there. I'm impressed by the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Even lined up my sensors and lubricated some moving parts, now my garage door works smoother than before. Thanks Harleman door services!

Eric repaired the steel coils above our garage July 2021. I was so impressed because he made it a priority to come same day and even knew what the problem was by our description over the phone. This morning one of the cables on our garage door jumped off the track and again Eric was able to assist us same day. He's professional and honest. I never knew we'd need to have a "guy" for our garage, but I'm glad we've found him! Thank you! -Alyson
