Well it seems I'm not the unlucky one after reading a lot of reviews that go with my situation well I took off the day at work so I can wait for the NO SHOW from 8- 12 so at 1 I call and explained that no body showed and was told it was dispatched in the morning but they don't know where their tek was and they would call me back well 2 hrs later no call from them so I call and the lady said she would call me back and well guess what NO CALL and now it's 5 pm so they are closed I got no courtesy call no apology so this place is NOT RECOMMENDED I would understand if it was a.mistake but the reviews from A LOT of people say the same thing happen to them so never calling them again but I'm sure they don't care because I'm only one person they are a pretty big outfit oh well always read reviews it will save you a headache and possibly money

Please note that the actual sale and install of the door was great. It is what proceeded that has been an absolute nightmare. We had our doors installed in May of 2021, but the doors were installed with a small dent in them. The workers informed us that this would not be a problem and would simply order a new panel for us. We were then informed that we cannot pay on these doors until the work was complete. After not hearing from the company for several weeks, I called the office and was told by a manager that "We were hoping your doors were on the last truck. Check back with us in a couple weeks and hopefully we will have them in." 2 or 3 weeks later I called again and was told by the receptionist that someone would call later that day. After not hearing back from them for the day, I called the next day and received the same statement. After 2 days or so of not hearing back, I called the company again and when the receptionist said that someone would call me back, I admit that I raised my voice. The receptionist was great and I apologized profusely to him specifically for my attitude. He put me on hold and actually got me a standard error from the District Manager that said "We will call when the panel comes in." I have decided to hold off on calling to see what happens. So far, the only development that we have had is from our financing company, who had the charge pending for so long that they have removed it from our account. Unfortunately, the only way that I think I can resolve this issue is by going through review pages to try and get some kind of response. TLDR: They WILL NOT communicate with you. Worst customer service on the repair side I have ever seen.

I have never experienced such an unorganized company as this. I ordered garage doors for my new home addition from Jason at Springfield Overhead Door in September 2020. After two months and many phone calls with and without responses I found out the doors were never ordered after being assured via Jason they had been. I then spoke with Doug at OVerhead Door and he confirmed they had never been ordered and that he would go ahead an place the order immediately on October 28. I spoke with Doug a few days later to see what the new delivery date would be and they indicated December 9. Last week I called which was December 8 to confirm delivery and an installation date of December 17 and this was confirmed. Well this morning is the 17 and now one shows up. No one calls me, no heads up or anything. I called and spoke to Doug and he indicated the doors have not arrived and are not on schedule to arrive and be installed until January. This company has poor communication with its suppliers and customers and in the meantime my home has not been able to be closed in from the elements since September waiting for these doors so millwork, drywall, flooring and painting can start and complete. Right now I have no confidence in when these doors will arrive. The only excuse they give is COVID-19 which is a complete BS. Stay the hell away from these people as neither myself or my builder Schaeffer Mitchell have been able to get any reliable answers from the people.

We are repeat customers and have always been very happy with Overhead Door. We ordered 2 garage doors with 8 tinted windows. After a week of being installed, all of the corners of all 8 windows were wrinkled. Overhead Door sent out Glass Tint USA to correct the problem. Glass Tint USA claimed the windows were over tightened causing the wrinkling in all the corners. The only way to make it right was to have Overhead Door and Glass Tint USA together on site. Overhead Door refused to send a crew and said Glass Tint USA could cut out the existing tint and replace it and it would be fine. Glass Tint USA did what Overhead Door asked and it looks awful. We are not happy, expect a refund for our glass tinting. Or, a complete replacement of both garage doors would be preferred.
If you want someone to talk to on the phone, then I would encourage you to hire Overhead Door. If you need your garage door serviced, I would advise you to look elsewhere. If I could rate this company lower than one star, I absolutely would. I have wasted two days taking time off of work and waiting for their tech to show up. Two. Days. I was given a window for one day, the tech did not show up. When called they could not give me any estimate or even a guarantee that they would show at all. When that appointment was missed entirely I was given another window on another day. After that window passed I called and was told they would be there soon. After nearly three more hours passed I called again and was again told that it "should happen today, but we're not sure when". It's now 630p, and I've wasted another day waiting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I called this morning and requested a service call to fix my garage door. Overhead Door was able to fit me in that that afternoon. Jason E was knowledgeable and professional, and best of all, figured out the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. The prices seemed reasonable as well. I would definitely come back to ODC for any future needs.
We are new to the area and had the bad luck of having our spring snap for our garage door. I called this company at 8:30am and the lady who answered the phone was extremely professional and nice. Tried to set up an appointment and explained my problem over the phone but was quickly told by the person on the phone that they don't do any diagnosis they just schedule appointments and the diagnosis fee just to have one of their guys come tell me what was wrong was higher than what I ended up paying the competition to come fix my door...on top of that was parts and a pretty high hourly rate. I could've replaced the motor for what it was going to cost to fix one minor part.

Appointment made easily and serviceman arrived quickly. He cleaned the track and carefully inspected all parts. He was focused and worked efficiently, wasting no time while being thorough. He was professional and courteous. He did not try to sell a maintenance contract ! Price for service was reasonable. No problems since. Services Rendered: Old garage door had been sticking, not opening or closing completely. Then it would not open at all.
Horrible customer service. Although requested after hours service the phone tech continued to give me reasons not to utilize and just wait till weekday. I called another company that gladly assisted me and took my money Services Rendered: Door would not open/close.
