Excellent experience!! They were ahead of schedule, arrived early. Which is fantastic! My garage door was diagnosed and repaired within an hour! They are a local, honest and reliable business! I wish they did other home repairs, I would hire them for everything! Thank you Precision! Brendon and Grant were their names! Just fantastic customer service!

They were amazing. He showed up on time, gave me the estimate and was back the next morning to do the work. It was such a seamless, easy process and I am super grateful. I don't remember his name, but he even brought a coffee when he came. And he was extremely professional! Best customer service I've seen in a long time. Thank you!

Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in quite awhile. The technician was here before the appointment time, accessed my problems with the garage door and finished the job in record time. He was very knowledgeable about the product line and recommended the perfect parts. Highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs

Excellent service! We called on a Sunday, Christmas Eve, and got a friendly, live agent who scheduled our service call the day after Christmas. Service man called ahead, arrived as expected and did a great job replacing a 20 year old door opener. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Precision!!

I contacted the company and they were top drawer professionals and I got service the very next day. Jake, the technician, is one of the best people I've ever dealt with. He's knowledgeable and extremely kind and efficient. In the past, I have used another reputable company but I will only go with precision garage door going forward thanks to the way I was treated by this company. Thank you Jake for everything you did!

Josey and Gage arrived early, were super friendly and efficient, and did a great job! They offered multiple options to fix my garage door and I didn't feel pressured in any way. They worked with me on what I was able to afford and it was awesome that they have an option for financing so I was able to also replace the motor. The prices were fair and comparable to other companies. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful when I called. They were able to get out to my house the same day. I would highly recommend this company

Brendon was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and competent. He was respectful of our property and able to diagnose our situation swiftly and with great insight. This was the first time I have used Precision but they are definitely the only company I will ever call again. The fix to my door was cost effective and fast. Brendon and Josey were amazing! They arrived at my house prompt and efficient. Josey called ahead to let me know he was on his way. They had so much expertise and knowledge that it only took them opening the garage door one time only to diagnose what needed fixed. They replaced parts and even programmed my car to work with my garage door in about 20 minutes! This company is incredible......you can trust them with any job, big or small! I needed repair done to my garage door and they tried to repair it and couldn’t and they had a idea to replace my garage door and I’m like, I can’t afford this, I can’t afford this and they said, we’re going to do it for you for free so I have a brand new beautiful garage door and mechanism that they supplied for me for free!
