I called these gentlemen on a Monday morning and they showed up that afternoon. They were on time, worked around my work schedule and everyone I talked to was easy to deal with. Excellent customer service. Hector was able to diagnose and fix the issue with 30 minutes. He walked me through each step and reminded me to let them know if the issue came back up. The price was more than fair. I will be using them again and again. Service requested: fix garage door bracket and diagnose the cause of the issue.
I needed to replace a broken garage door spring. I called in the morning and Hector came out that afternoon and had it fixed. I thought for sure it would be 3-10 days out, but the same-day service was exceptional. A few days later, when the garage door motor was throwing an error code, Hector came back out again and squared it all away, at no additional cost. Highly recommend this company. Will certainly use in the future.

Absolutely loved Joe and Hector! Got a great vibe over the phone from Joe, so we decided to go with ancient door. Hector was there within a few hours, even showed up early (with a warning phone call of course). He was quick, efficient, thorough, and beyond fair. Highly recommend!

I called Joe, from ancient City garage doors, because my door was off the track. Joe came out the next day. He arrived on time and made the repairs quickly and neatly. My garage door opener has been having some issues for a while. I can see a difference now. Joe did more than get the door back on track. He adjusted the chain so it's not hanging down anymore. Definitely definitely recommend.
I used Ancient City for my former house, and they did a great job for me, finding and installing new garage door springs when one broke just as I was selling my house. They did excellent work and on super short notice. Then I moved into a new house and needed them to troubleshoot the garage door there, which they did promptly and professionally. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.
Sloppy,don't keep their word. I had to clean up nails,screws,and metal from both old and new garage door. I sent them pictures because I was worried about getting a flat tire. I'm thinking I missed one screw and I got a flat. They said they don't use that kind of screw. I said maybe it was from my old garage door. They said they would cover my tire but that never happened.

Joey and Hector are amazing! I was having garage door issues and wasn't quite sure why it wasn't working. They came out the same day, fixed the issue and my door works perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Installation of a replacement Overhead Door chain garage door operator with a belt drive Might Mule operator. Pros: 1) Answers telephone calls; 2) Was willing to install a customer furnished operator; 3) Set-up an installation appointment for the next day; 4) Technician was very polite; and 5) When installation problems were discovered the owner came out next day to fix the installation errors and omissions. Cons: The installation technician did not follow the installation instructions correctly. As a result he: a) installed the drive belt upside down---the safety stop did not work properly, up controls caused the door to close, and down controls caused the door to open. b) did not notice that the manufacturer had supplied the wrong wall station. c) did not lube the sprocket holder. d) did not install the supplied drive belt clamp. e) did not install the trolley manual release cord. The installer could not setup the WiFi Smart Control APP because the manufacturer had supplied the wrong wall station. He strongly recommended against using the APP because it can be difficult to get working properly. After I installed the replacement wall station and easily setup the Wi-Fi Smart Control APP I discovered that the installer had not properly installed the operator backup battery.
Two days after moving into my new house the garage door stopped working. I called Ancient City Garage Doors and they were able to come promptly the next morning. Joe was awesome. He explained the issues and all the options to fix it. Not for a minute tried to over sale products or services, instead he educated me on all the possibilities and how they may work. The garage door is now fixed. I know it's an old system so when time comes to replace it I know I'll call Ancient City Garage Doors for sure. Plus I love working with a local business!
