Last night my grandmothers garage door came off the tracks and door was bowed inwards. Also, we have been having bad weather. I was afraid that it might rain and cause issues in her garage. I called at 1 am and left a message. I work over nights so I visit them when they opened at 7:30 am today. Amazingly, they sent a repair man shortly after. He saw what we needed and he was able to fix an ancient metal garage door. I really didn't know it if it would need to be completely replaced. I am extremely happy for their great customer service and amazing repair job. They were honest about the cost and I can't thank them enough!!!

We emailed them on wednesday evening after hours and on thursday evening we had a brand new garage door installed, he was professional, went above and beyond, and even maintenanced our adjacent garage door and all under budget. Thank you Viking Garage Door for the amazing service.

They came quick, got us into the garage, fixed the garage door issues and gave us long term solutions (like a key to disengage the motor mechanism and physically lift the door) and talked us out of spending the money to buy a new one which saved a bunch of money. The repairman was super relational and a huge blessing to work with. In short, Viking Garage Door was a true pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them to others!

What a treat to have Viking Door work on a couple of garage doors that hadn't had attention since 1999. They were easy to deal with their communication was excellent, service tech showed up on time. He did a ton of work, fixing them both perfectly. What reasonable rates, pleasant surprise after having electrical and water softener companies stick it to me this summer. Thank you Viking Door for you great and reasonable service. I would encourage all to use their services!

On time - actually a few minutes early even. Employee worked steady all day installing our three new garage doors and it was nasty cold out. He never complained and didn't even stop for lunch. Everything looks good and the bill was the same as estimate, which was competitive with others. Good customer service on this install, and on an opener repair done a year ago at another house we owned.
