Google5I had a garage door stop functioning on Thursday evening. I got on their website and within 5-10 minutes, I had an appointment set for the very next day. Brian called on his way to confirm our time and he had me back up and running within an hour. He was very professional, as well as personable. A rare thing these days, which was quite a welcome surprise! Not only would I recommend this company for your garage door related needs, but if you're able, request Brian, he was a pleasure to deal with and won't disappoint. He sure didn't with me! (attn management: he's an asset to your company, thank you for sending him my way! ) And thank you for the veteran discount, we all appreciate that very much.

Google5Since moving to St. Joseph, MO a few years ago we've had Overhead Door out to the house a few times. Once was for the large/main door spring. And the 2nd time was to have a strut added on our 3rd car garage door. I called on a Sunday and a weekday & both times Overhead Door answered the phone quickly and were very helpful. We were added to the schedule and technicians arrived in a timely fashion to fix our issues. The techs were informative, courteous, and did the job right the first time. On top of the great customer service & communication was the price for parts and service. The invoice was fair and an overall value! If you need help with a garage door, call Overhead Door!

Google1Don't waste your time, call Weaver Overhead Door instead.... I called trying to get service for my garage door. It took 5 minutes to connect me with a person, at which time I was told I was being transferred to the service department. I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one picked up. I hung up and called Weaver. Weaver treated it like an emergency and showed up immediately and replaced my entire commercial assembly (springs, tension shaft, steel cables) in an hour. If your time is valuable just give Weaver a call.

Google1Second failure of this door in two months. Ruined vacation plans this weekend because we can't get our camper out of our brand new building. Said it was fixed on their last visit. So disappointed with this company's product

Google1It took multiple attempts to fit our business with the correct door size and orientation (outward vs inward swing) of door. Additionally, although written in the smallest of print, they state they are not reliable for any demolition damages when removing or installing the doorway. What this means is they are going to use pry bars and sledge hammers against cinder/concrete blocks to remove door frames. If it were myself removing the frame, I would have used cut off wheels, reciprocating saws, and torches if/as needed. They really care less about the structure or quality. Their only objective is to get it in and out asap. I should be clear, the company I am discussing is DH PACE which owns or partners with (to my understanding) Overhead Door.
