Mike is a professional, he knows about garage doors. My boys bounce my garage door off the rollers. It looked bad leaning to the side. Mike came and snapped the rollers back in place and wired my garage door back in place. It was a sight to see. The way it looked I thought it was hopeless. Now my garage door look like nothing ever happened. Hey the price was not insane, especially for the time he came out. 24/7 service can't beat it no where.
Mike was absolutely incredible. We called him and he came to our house at 9:30pm to make sure I could go to work in the morning. Additionally, he quickly surmised the problem and explained it in a way where even an amateur (me) could understand and look out for it in the future! He's an outstanding person and extremely kind!

**** provided best bid over phone out of multiple places called for replacement of 2 torsion springs (1 had broken and other was very old). Arrived within stated time, which was just 2 hours after my call. Made repairs in a timely manner and even did some extra servicing at no extra charge. 5 year warranty. Very satisfied. Will use again and highly recommend.
I was referred to ******* by a Fraternity brother of mine. I called on Saturday and had an appointment to come over this Monday with 1 hour of the initial call. Very professional and knowledgeable conversation over the phone which continued upon arrival this morning. After assessing my needs, options were discussed briefly as the web link sents days prior gave me time to pick out multiple options prior to his arrival. Multiple quotes have been made available as promised within the hour. Just signed the invoice which might I add was definitely in the price range I had hoped for. So for so good, I'll post another review after installation in a few weeks.
I Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of 24/7 Garage Door Services. He was an extremely nice fellow who took the time to explain my garage door situation to me and how it should be fixed. I found it refreshing to speak with him as he willingly answered other questions I had, in regards to upgrading my system. His knowledge and confidence in his replies, made me feel comfortable about the decisions I was making. He was very efficient with his time, and he did not leave a mess. While today is the first day of the job and everything is working as expected, if I have no problems with my door in the future related to his service call, I have no problem recommending him to my friends and family. Professional. Friendly. Extremely competitively priced. Called Mike on a Friday morning regarding our broken garage door springs. He worked with our schedule and arrived on time Monday morning (Note: He offered to come over on Sat or Sun, but neither day worked for us – he truly is willing to work 24/7!) Mike installed two new springs, reinstalled our cables, balanced our door and ensured our garage door opener was running smoothly. It took him appx an hour and our cost was $147 (we fully expected double that!) There was no up-sale or pressure for additional services.
