Very happy with the service I received from CGX Overhead Door today, despite the Arctic temperatures. Arrived early, diagnosed the issue, and completed the work within 20 minutes. Very respectful and professional.
Friendly, quick service, remedied the issue during the service call at no extra charge. They immediately identified the issue and were able to get a temporary fix, even though they recommended that we replace the door.
I called several places and they had the best price, even with the upgrades it was better than other places standard options. They also had the fastest install time. And they were very nice to work with. Very happy with their work, and would 100% recommend.
Cant say enough about *****. My dad referred him to me after my cable and coil snapped on my garage door this morning. ***** came out this afternoon and had it good as new in under an hour. My dad also raved about him when he replaced 2 garage doors at my dads house by himself in 3 hours. Very polite and clearly an expert in his line of work. 10/10!
System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. I would highly recommend CGX overhead door. They are very kind. They take the time to explain everything they have done in a pleasant manor. They do excellent work. I was very pleased with the company. Corey will answer any question you have. They are very reasonable in price. If you need a new garage door system they are the ones to call. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Called in the morning and a technician was here by 2pm. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part on his truck, and was done in about an hour. Also, made adjustments to other parts of the system to ensure they were operating efficiently. Overall, would definitely recommend to others.
CGX promptly diagnosed & scheduled our repair. Once at the house, Corey replaced the broken spring & did maintenance on our garage door track/wheels. We have used this reliable company for many years & are always left grateful that we have a great company to call when needed!

Wonderful! Speedy service! Curtis replaced both springs on the garage door within 30 minutes, tested it out several times, and even assisted me with replacing the batteries in both of my garage door openers AND re-programming them before he left. He also gave me a quote to replace one section of the garage door that was cracked. One of the garage door openers, the battery had leaked and the connections were all gunked up. Curtis scraped them clean for me, replaced the battery and I now have 2 working garage door openers. He didn't have to do that for me, but that extra little bit of customer service is something you don't see very often these days. I will definitely hire this company again.
