I am delighted with the Garage ************ I received from ******, on December 28, 2023. ****** is very kind, friendly, and professional regarding how he engaged with me, explaining every detail of replacing the defective garage equipment. ****** answered all of my questions/concerns about servicing my garage in the future if needed. He also recommended the type of lightbulb to use to maintain usage for the garage door opener bulb. He recommended a standard light bulb instead of an LED bulb. However, ******* and Menards informed me that traditional lightbulbs are no longer in use, but a 60-watt Garage Door Opener Bulb is made explicitly for garages. I purchased the bulb at Menards.In short, Kudos to Edelen, who continues to hire pleasant, knowledgeable people who get the job done.***************************

Edelen door and window. Kudos to John and Dieter explained the garage door I inherited, did maintence, now my garage smells like oranges, humored an old man, and actually shook my hand. While it is crass, to mention money. I will say best it was the bests dollars I ever spent.

I was very excited to get my new garage door. Apparently I needed to call weekly to get a progress report. I was finally told today that the carpenter left for California and won't be back until next year!! I asked if anyone was going to call me to inform me about this situation and his man just basically said NO. He barely said sorry. I'm terribly disappointed and frankly sorry I recommend them to my Facebook neighborhood group.

It was time for new doors, boy who knew doors could be so expensive we tried 6 different companies Edelen was about the 4th company that came for an estimate. When John Ney came and went over pricing and door samples with me and my spouse we knew right away who we wanted to choose for our door installation product. He gave us an estimate and times they would have the project completed and this company did not disappoint. I was referred by a family friend to this company and I definitely would extend a referral for anyone looking for doors and windows for residential and/ or business needs. Keep up the good work Edelman.

Andre came out and was amazing! He fixed roller,hinges on the side of my garage then found out problem i was having with my opener! It was circuit board and he replaced it with new one he had on truck. I also bought 2 new remotes which he also had on truck! Everything working great in about an hour! Paid $359 for everything, which was a lot less than I expected! Andre was friendly and a complete pro!

We recently built a home in St Charles that Edelen installed our garage doors. Unfortunately, we have had 2 separate incidents that required a service call and a replacement. The customer service from Edelen is second to none! Clear and concise communication and follow up. Fair pricing and quick service. Each time I spoke with the office, they were understanding and compassionate. Each technician that diagnosed/performed work on our property was equally as respectful and knowledgeable every step of the way. If you want professional end to end service for your garage door needs. Look no further. Now, I hope I do not have to call Edelen for many years to come. However, I do feel obligated to have them over for Christmas this year! :-)

Adre showed up on time and ready to go. He had the needed parts on his truck and was able to replace the springs on both doors plus do the maintenance and adjustment in less than 2 hours. Scott arrived at the expected time, and he did a quick and thorough job repairing my door after I had run into it with my car! I was recently referred to Edelen Door & Window to replace a broken one-car garage door. I was very impressed from the initial consultation to the installation. Brian was the name of the installer. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He did a great job on the installation and explaining all of the features of my new garage door. He also cleaned everything up and hauled it away. I highly recommend Edelen for your door and window needs.

My mom had her garage door stuck open and called Edelen for service, as she was concerned about having her garage door stuck open all night. One of the owners came by her house that night and got the garage door closed, then a technician came out the next day and fixed the door. On top of the great service their rates ended up being very good. I'm thankful she found a company with both good service and integrity.

The service is awesome. I snapped a cable on Wednesday evening and called on Thursday afternoon for an appt on Friday. I received a call at 8a that Doug would arrive between 930a and 10a. He arrived at 950a, asked a few questions, assessed the damage and told me it could be repaired. He replaced the safety cable and tested it all in 15 minutes. :O I know right. Since the previous owner of my home ordered the garage door from them he could tell me who they were. He even gave me a heads up on proper maintenance and that the next part to give attention to are the springs. I will definitely call them if I need a repair or replacement.

The spring on my garage door broke on 12/6, luckily I was able to get the door open and my car out so I could get to work on time. I started calling for estimates for a new door and opener. I was going to replace both in the spring of next year but this moved it forward in the planning. I got 2 quotes, 1 was right in my budget but they wouldn't do the extra trim work around my garage door opening, the other quote was ~$700 over my budget but it did include the extra trim work. Both were projecting to be at least 2 weeks out for installation. I decided I needed at least 1 more quote. My mom said in passing that she used Edelen when she got her door replaced several years ago, so I called for a quote. John N. met me at my house on 12/11, came in just below my budget (including the extra trim work) and could get everything installed on 12/13. I was so happily surprised, I couldn't believe the difference between companies. The Edelen installers showed up on time (a little early actually) and everything was done and they were gone in 3 hours, as promised. I made the best choice in door, opener and more importantly company to work with. I recommend this company for garage door and opener work.
