Craig was at our door and fixing our problem just a few hours after we called Electro. He was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We were prepared to replace our entire system if need be and most repair people would have tried to up sell us and max out their profits as much as possible, but Craig didn't have us spend a dime that wasn't necessary and recommended we keep as much of our current system as possible until it finally gives out. A very refreshing business ethic and we will definitely call Electro as soon as we need service again!

Small town service is exemplified in this family owned business. When my garage door broke, I called them. They gave me two choices, repair or replace and walked me through the costs and durability of both. After upgrading to a decorative door, I love the look and performance.

Call them. They are great. Timely and professional. After they were done my wife said they could have charged twice and we would have still been happy. I referred them twice and both clients were happy.

Contacted Electro Door Systems from an Angie's list recommendation. Matt was here exactly when he said he would. We told him what we wanted and after showing us samples of the garage door designs and options, we choose a very nice looking door and an upgraded closer (internet connected) he gave us an estimate including our selected options. He informed us it would take a few weeks to order the custom door. After about two weeks he called and let us know the door was in and worked out a time for the installation. He and an assistant showed up as scheduled and installed the door and new closer. They also removed the old closer and put it in my detached garage. Both doors work flawlessly. Great service and great looking door, makes the house look so much better than the 1980s door we had replaced. Thanks Matt and Electro Door Systems for the great service and the great looking door!

There is an overhead garage door guy and he was good and I don't know if he found at Angie's List or not. He comes out pretty fast. He is always been really good about finding the problems with the door and fixing that was there. Some people always say will you need to replace it but he always just fixes it. I've used him for couple of years too. He's always been able to fix it and I wanted to ask him and said I only have this little keychain garage door opener for the big clunky one and he said I got them in the truck so he just program the little keychain garage door opener for us without having to replace the garage door or anything and that was really cool. For price I've always expected is to be more than what he actually charged me. He always gets there right when you want them. He didn't show up the day that I wanted him but he showed up like 7 the next morning. He came out early and that's before work so that was nice. Services Rendered: Electro Door Systems Inc. crew came and put two electric garage doors.

They are wonderful. When I call, I don't have to wait; they'll sent somebody out right away. The man that usually comes is one I've been using for a while and he is very professional. I feel like he gives me an appropriate price - I don't think that he is trying to jack up the prices on me. And he does a great job. They stand by their work. I have another problem with the other side of my garage so they are going to do that too. I had to cancel our last appointment because I go called in to work. But it still needs to be done and they are the ones that will do it. Services Rendered: Electro Door Systems did my garage door.

They were very professional. On the installation day, they arrived on time and completed all work to our satisifaction. Services Rendered: Estimate for garage doors to be removed and replaced with new ones. They explained the difference in cost vs. quality of garage doors and what was included in their services - new door tracks, weather stripping, check and service (if needed) of the garage door openers and then hooking the garage door openers to the new doors.

It went well. I was impressed, he showed me what was causing the problem, how he would fix it and how long it would take. He could have told me I needed a new unit and I wouldn't have known the difference, very honest. Services Rendered: Garage door was not going up, problem was corrected.

Things went great. Technician was courteous and professional and the whole job took only about 45 minutes to complete. Services Rendered: Our garage door closed on a car and didn't stop closing. No damage to the car, but the garage door was slightly twisted out of shape with some of the sheet metal parts damaged. The door technician cut an aluminum angle support to straighten out the door and re-attached the arm.
