These guys couldn't have been better. They were able to get 2 guys out to fix my spring in no time. Took them 30 minutes at most and were extremely nice to work with. I'd definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service was provided to us today! I called Frank at 10:15am and by 2:45pm our garage door was fixed and the new opener and keypad was installed! Very reasonably priced and a professional crew! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you F2.

Had trouble programming my garage door remotes. Called F2 on Monday (New Years Day Holiday) and Frank came out within 2 hours and reset and programmed all remotes including my new car remote. Fantastic customer service. F2 has serviced my garage doors for over 10 years!

I had a minor issue with one set of wheels repeatedly coming off the tracks. I called on a Thursday looking for help and got a time set up for Sunday morning. The repair tech came within the 2 hour window promised, gave me a 20 minute heads up that he was on his way, and then quickly got to work. A short while later the tech called me back to explain what he did. The pricing was very fair and the garage door is no longer having issues. I would definitely recommend these guys for any garage door repairs.

Great job, friendly people and excellent work. I had contacted two other companies prior to luckily finding F2. The first was too busy to take another client and the second told me a month and then after waiting a month, forgot to order a garage door. F2 had my garage door installed within a week from calling them and came in $200 less than the company originally contracted to do the install. Can't recommend this company enough.

He kept a great secret, our children gifted us the new garage door for Christmas as a surprise. My son Kevin had used F2 and initiated the execution of the surprise. Great experience with F2 Garage Door Solutions on the replacement of two garage doors on my house. F2 is a small business which focuses on fair pricing and customer service. Frank, the owner, was fast, honest and fair with his pricing and the installation process. Keith and Scott, the technicians who installed the doors, were courteous, conscientious and did quality work. Attached is a photo of the completed project. When I called to actually get a new garage door opener, they told me up front the prices that they could do and what models they had available to be able to purchase. They also gave me the option to purchase my own and kind of laid out the details between the two. I ended up going with the one from them. They came out as quick as they came in. The installment was done in like thirty minutes. It was an easy transition. Services Rendered: Replaced the garage door opener.

The experience was good. The best part was that they came out and, unfortunately, it wasn't doing the same thing for them that it had been for me. So they kind of did a whole work up of my system. They realized that the springs were starting to go, so they went ahead and redid the springs and kind of reset everything back to original qualifications. It was working well then. Services Rendered: They came out a couple of times. They came out to do service on the door. The first time and adjusted some things and they replaced springs at my daughter's house.

I called on Wednesday and set up appointment for Monday morning because they were not available till Friday, and I wasn't available on Friday. I received a message from Phylis Friday afternoon that they would not be coming Monday, or at all. They apologized, but said something else came up and they would not be coming. She referred me to another company, who she said would call me, but they did not. Services Rendered: Garage door will not open, I think the spring Broke.
