Yelp1This review has nothing to do with their services, but with the driver we encountered today, Friday February 16 on Piedras and into the Trails community in Fenton. It's been snowing for a few hours without any plowing or salt and this man tailgated us through the neighborhood where children are playing and people are shoveling. He blew through stop signs cutting cars off and ended up passing a row of cars in a freaking neighborhood. With the number of car accidents and cars off the roadway today, Martin Door is lucky he has not killed anyone yet.

Google5Our garage door is up (and down) working after Cory came out and replaced a spring! Very easy to schedule with, great communication day of, and when he was finished the door in full working order and there was lubricant on every point possible on the door/system! Will keep Martin Door in mind for any other door needs in the future!

Google5The customer service Cory provided was excellent! He was courteous, kind, and professional, and arrived right on time. He explained everything up front, including the cost, and answered my questions. He was efficient, and he walked me through the repair afterwards and gave me maintenance instructions, too. He was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Cory.

Google5Quick availability, quick service, great price! Got a new drive and wheels. Technician Cory was very knowledgeable and helpful - great service! He left everything optimized, lubricated all motion points, made sure all details were covered, and answered questions. The garage was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Google5Quick, expeditious response to a large door problem that needed to be fixed before the cold weather set in. Cory Bates the highly professional technician showed up right on time in spite of the in climate weather. Repaired my door and conducted an extensive inspection to ensure all was working properly. Martin Door far exceeds service offered by their competitors. Thanks for a great job.

Google5Super easy scheduling and install. They had a guy out here the next morning, and the guy that came (Pierce) was extremely friendly and fast. My garage door is working smoother than ever, I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Google5Best garage door service you can find. Scott came out, replaced broken spring, tuned up my garage door mechanics & explained everything. It's like having a new garage door now. Better price than others. Beware of other garage door companies. They will say anything to get you to schedule an appointment & then up sell you. Stick with Martin Door & ask for Scott!

Yelp5Our entrance door (company clubhouse built in early 70's) was not closing and would swing open on windy days. We called Martin Door...they send a technician out right away, he showed us how the original door closure hadn't even been installed properly, had all the necessary parts, took care of it all in one short trip!! Thank you, Dan, and Martin Door for taking care of us in such a timely, affordable, and professional fashion. We have always had a wonderful experience with them.

Yelp5I have used them several times in the past, always with good results. They are very fast and fair priced. I few days again I had them install two garage door openers in my business. Couldn't be happier. The pricing was great and the install was clean and fast. I will continue to use them for all of my overhead door needs.

Yelp5I called on a Monday and scheduled service on Wednesday. The service technician called one hour in advance to give me notice of arrival and he was prompt, courteous and professional. The job was completed satisfactorily in one hour and for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed.

Yelp5Our garage door kept stopping 3/4 of the way up sporadically. We didn't get it fixed and eventually backed into it breaking the bottom panel of the door. Martin Door was the only place we could find that gave us the option to replace the broken panel instead of the whole garage door. Scheduling was easy and fast and their pricing seemed reasonable.

Angi5I gave Martin Door a bad rating on here Tues 6/4. Once Jack (the owner) noticed the rating he responded and then he called me to apologize. Martin Door is the best in the area and I was shocked that the initial tune-up wasn't what I expected. Jack made it right and today Dan came out and did a great job. He spent the time to explain what he was doing. He's very personable and knows his stuff. Thank you Dan and Jack. Services Rendered: Garage door tune-up

Yelp5Extremely pleased with our new garage door and the services of Martin Door. Very professional and easy to work with from sales to financing and installation. The insulated door makes a huge difference in both soundproofing and temperature. The windows add significant curb appeal. We received many compliments from neighbors and gave Martin Door referrals. We will definitely be using them again for other upgrades to our home.

Yelp3The only complaint is the repairman that came out to do the service call had a bit of a raunchy attitude - but he knew his stuff and fixed our garage door in less than an hour. My garage door fell off its track and I called Martin at about 1030am on a Monday and they got me on the schedule for the afternoon. The repairman showed up at 100pm and, although he was gruff in his personality, he did a great job fixing the garage door and putting it back on its track. I would use this company again and the three stars are really for the tech that came out. The office staff is easy to talk to and pricing for the repair was $175. I can't say the tech was mean or nasty but he wasn't extra nice either. But, I'd rather have him who was 100% competent than a nicer easy to talk to person who didn't know squat about garage doors. I would recommend them and would use them again despite the repairman being a little frustrated for whatever reason (everyone is allowed an off day).

Yelp5Fantastic experience with the Martin Door Company! We just had our entire 27 year old garage door replaced with a significantly upgraded one. New upgraded garage door opener system also installed to replace our existing one. Now is Wi-Fi-enabled and has battery backup. This new system is whisper quiet, and oh so smooth and beautiful. Sales person Jeff Woody is a gem! The installer (Chuck, I think?) was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process went without a single hitch. Thanks Martin Door!
