Metro East Overhead Doors has serviced our garage twice; once for a broken coil and most recently to replace our garage door opener, keypad, sensors and remotes. We initially chose this company after my husband gathered quotes and did research and we were so impressed that we called them again. Both times the owner, Bee, was very responsive, polite and honest and I felt very safe and comfortable with them in my home. He didn't try to sell what we didn't need, they work quickly, showed up when he said he would and he and his employee cleaned up after themselves. He also put in a new door for my in-laws in New Baden. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
