Google5John from MLN Garage Door Company came out to fix my garage door opener. I ordered a part for the repair and John informed me that the company I ordered it from had sent out the wrong part. Instead of reordereing the part and being without a garage door opener for another couple of weeks, John fixed the problem on his own! John and MLN saved me a lot of hassle. Also, the customer service I received on both the phone and in person was professional and friendly, something you don't see much anymore. Without hesitation, I give MLN Garage Door Company my highest recommendation.

Google5John was amazing! Got here within 30 minutes and fixed it 10 min after that! He was so friendly and informative and did a wonderful job! Will be sending any family and friends in need his way!!

Google5We made quite a few calls to find someone to fix our garage door and got a wide array of prices to replace a broken spring. The last call was to John Nair of MLN GARAGE DOOR COMPANY, LLC and got the best price...was here... finished...showed us how to quiet our obnoxiously loud door...done with-in an hour of our call!! 5-'s Yay John !!!!

Google5John at MLN Garage Door Company was great to work with. His communication through the whole process was amazing. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions. He did an amazing job on installing my new garage door which was not easy since we have an older home. I was VERY happy with the overall service!!

Google5It's actually hard to describe how amazing the service that John provided to us. He was so friendly on the phone and unlike other companies he didn't act like we were a big inconvenience for an emergency repair. He showed up on time and corrected our problem quickly. The bill matched the price on the phone and I have their number saved for anyone who ever needs help with this service. Thank you John Nair for being different/better than most guys out there!

Google5I want to express my sincere thanks to John Nair for all the help he gave me choosing our garage doors from DoorLink manufacturing, Inc. While John had a general idea of what I were looking for, he went out of his way to listen to me and then made suggestions. You gave me options with explanations so that l really understood the different products, thereby making selections that worked best for my home. I LOVE the new DoorLink garage doors! I was apprehensive about the window configuration, but it is perfect for the scale of our home. The garage door openers are so quiet, and it is nice to have an woprkable outside keypad again. John Nair was our installer. He did a outstanding job and took time to help me program my remotes. Thank you so much, can't wait for my wife to come back from Florida and surprise her with the new garage doors. I will definitely recommend MLN Garage door company to my family and friends.

Google5I called MLN because I was having issues with one of my openers and I thought it may be time to replace them. I told John the issues I was having. John was able to answer all my questions. John is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk with. I told him I'd like to replace both openers and he was at my house the next day. I was honestly surprised how fast he was able to get to my house and replace 2 openers. Without delay John had both openers replaced and everything programmed. MLN is definitely my go to company for any garage door issues in the future. Give John a call if you are looking for a knowledgeable, hard working and great customer service garage door service person.

Yelp5MLN is an honest and reliable company. I have used them twice so far and both times they didn't upsell me on anything or try to change anything unnecessary. Everything was explained to me in a way that's super easy to understand. John always goes above and beyond and I know I'll always get an honest opinion, a fair quote and quality work done. Highly recommend!!

BBB5Recently had a garage door - auto encounter. Called MLN to find out if the door could be repaired. Response was prompt and received same day service. Technician was able to straighten the door, re- hang the door and reset spring in 30 minutes. He tested the door multiple times and checked the rollers, hinges, and springs. My blood pressure quickly returned to normal. The work was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend MLN for garage door work.

BBB5**** made it very easy to replace our 25 year old garage door opener. He suggested which opener to purchase from a local retail store. Then charged a reasonable amount to install it. The opener I purchased didn't work, so he took it back to the store and exchanged for one that did to finish the install. He was quick and efficient with the install. I would highly recommend ****.
