Google1After walking around the store looking (yes I can read) at the isle signs then finally asking the first associate that would not turn away from me asking where the bolts are (thank you to the paint guys to point out the isle), I went back four times asking to get assistance. Four times it was over the loud speaker customer needed assistance ... after 30min waiting between each announcement I finally said to heck with it and stopped and told the paint guys thank you for atleast trying and left. Funny I never knew lowes employees to be so bothered by a customer needing two bolts. well after driving 1.5 hrs to get there I was not happy

Google5Very clean and organized store and very friendly staff!!! I was helped by Ansley and all I've got to say is she is an amazing addition to your staff!! And because of her, I've never had a better experience.. She deserves a raise!!!

Google5I had an awesome experience with River and Cory. They resolved my issues as well as helped me get a new appliance. I'm grateful, will shop here again, and recommend to friends and family. They went above and beyond!

Google5Really impressed with the service we received at the Pro Desk from JJ. Being totally transparent we haven't had the best of luck when shopping in this store previously. JJ went above and beyond assisting us with our project - sourcing materials and in a timely fashion. I will be reaching out to let corporate know of our satisfaction with his service and will plan our next trip based on his schedule.

Google5Mr. Rob in the Tool's Department was very helpful!! I went in to ask about a project I had no knowledge on how to begin, and feel very comfortable moving forward after chatting with him. Employees like him are few and far between!

Google4I visited this Lowe's to price compare water heaters. I was greeted by a young, black man who not only answered my questions, but ASKED questions that helped to narrow my search down to the best water heater that would fulfill my family's needs! Although I haven't made a purchase from anyone yet, his kindness & helpful customer service is weighing heavily on my decision-making process.

Google5Lots of Pansies for the fall planting. Great customer service Reps! Always ready to help or direct you to someone that can help you. Or even call for assistance in different departments! Store has been rearranged so I was surprised to find the paint department been moved to the center of the store. But I love it being closer to the front.

Google5Went back today . What an amazing lady helped me. I accidentally did locker pick up I think. But she was so sweet and did curbside. Above and beyond on friendliness. Great job! I cannot say thank you enough. I forgot her name. Middle aged lady short blonde hair with a limp guessing she was working phones /pick up area . I hope you tell her she made my day ! Thank you ! I got a 71/2 in lock last 2 numbers of order 54
