The people are really nice, that's the only reason they're getting 2 stars. I called on a Friday and was told maybe next week, or maybe the week after. I hadn't heard from them by Wednesday so I gave them a call. They sent a guy out the next day. He was really nice and knew how to do his job. Nothing against him. I received the bill yesterday and WOOOOOW!! Be prepared to PAY big time for small repairs. I don't know if it's the economy that we have right now or if it's because of issues within the company but Oh My Goodness! It's NOT a decent amount I can tell you that right now. I am really, absolutely shocked at how much they charged me. Be prepared to PAY.
