Another happy customer review. Our garage door spring snapped on Friday at about 4pm,the door jammed blocking the car inside. The situation was like "be locked" at home for the entire weekend. Can't do even some grocery shopping without calling Uber . Tyler picked up the phone,asked us to take a few pictures of that broken spring and to send it to his cell phone, attached to the text message,just to make sure that he has that exact spring in stock.Then he came in 30 minutes,replaced that spring,lubricated rollers and springs for the other door,inspected all other items for the door and left us happy and satisfied around 7 pm on Friday night. The charge for his hard work was surprisingly fair especially keeping in mind that extreme situation and the work done after hours. Tyler is one of those old school honest business owner/contractors that hard to find now. Very professional and takes care of his clients in need going above and beyond. Thanks for the prompt and professional service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! We had a garage door spring that broke and they did an excellent job. Shout to Tyler who worked with us on scheduling and showed up right on schedule. Even went the extra mile to fix the squeaking in our garage door! If anything goes wrong with your garage door I'd highly recommend these guys.

We had the great misfortune of having our garage door spring snap on us one evening in January 2024. Tyler answered his phone after the posted business hours for Delta Diablo, and arranged to fit the repair work we needed in on the following day. We have used this company more than once. Tyler is always quick, friendly, thorough, and his rates are reasonable, Definitely our go-to company for these kinds of repairs.

Tyler is amazing! He replaced two broken springs on my garage door fairly quickly. He gave me some tips to help maintain the door and was kind enough to troubleshoot my wall control which had a faulty button. His prices are more reasonable than other businesses I called. Tyler is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I will defitnely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Last Sunday, our garage door suddenly wouldn't close. My first suspicion was the electronic sensors coming out of alignment. I fiddled with the sensors with no success. I then decided to override the sensors but the door would not go all the way down and would return to the open position. It was time to get a professional. I did not want a "big company" and I prefer to give my business to a local-based small company. So I went through Nextdoor.com and saw good endorsements for Delta Diablo Doors. I checked here and found the same excellent endorsements for Tyler and Delta Diablo Doors so I gave him a call. Tyler answered on the second ring and I told him about our garage door issue. He was in the process of installing a garage door elsewhere but he still took the time to ask me questions to troubleshoot the problems. I felt bad because I knew he was busy. However, he was very patient and I immediately felt that he is really good. He asked me to send him pictures to give him a better idea of the problems. Five minutes after I txted him some pictures, he called right back and told me what the problem was and how it might be resolved. Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to manually close the door fully and didn't need a handyman to help me with a quick fix so I asked Tyler if he was available for Monday. He gave me an ETA and actually arrived early. Since he knew what the problem was, he came with the equipment and material needed to fix the door. Tyler fixed the problem quickly while providing me with a lot of information going forward. He is very honest and didn't try to upsell us. The bill was very reasonable and we gladly paid him for a job excellently done, together with the guidance he gave us. Tyler is now our go-to guy for garage door issues. Our neighbors are also concerned about who to contact but that will soon change after we talk to them.

Tyler was able to accommodate my schedule for estimate and repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly and returned a day later to make repair. It wasn't urgent so I was fine with the timing. He was able to use a recycled part to brace the door and so the actual cost was a bit less. Very honest and professional. I definitely recommend him and would use him again. Services Rendered: Tyler found a crack in the door which was causing it to bow a lot when going up and down. A supporting bar was installed and door is now working great.

Pretty simple. Tyler showed up on time, and went over what was needed. We had already discussed the problem and solution over the phone. The old unit's circuit board was dumping the remote codes and even new remotes wouldn't program anymore. He told me he could replace the board but after some more info, I just decided to replace the motor/chain unit with a new one. He completed his work within an 1 1/2. He is through, honest and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler for any garage door repair without hesitation. Look no further, he is your man. Services Rendered: Tyler put in a new motor, chain and track. He also repaired some minor damage to the old door by reinforcing one of the panels with a strut.

Tyler was knowledgeable, informative, and personable. When I initially called him to describe what happened to our garage door, Tyler diagnosed our problem right away. Work was done promptly and professionally and on the Saturday right after New Year's! Other companies were closed until Monday. Services Rendered: Replaced broken torsion spring bar on one of our garage doors. Tyler also replaced one of the rollers but I asked him to replace all of them since they were nearly 23 years old.

Tyler arrived on time and it took him about a half hour to make the repairs. He replaced the broken extension spring. I explained that the opener had been making a lot of noise. He determined that the screw carriage needed to be replaced. He had the part and replaced that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The price was what he quoted on the telephone. The price was not an issue. They are a small company. He did very well. For $800, he replaced our garage door and reconnected our garage door opener and he held away our old door. He had to order our door because it was an odd size which took an extra 2 weeks. If he hadn't had to order it, he could have done it 2 or 3 days. He was very good. He gave us a lot of information about garage doors and we like that. He explained different features and what's important and what's less important about the 2 choices you make. We got a 3 year warranty parts and labor on the door. Services Rendered: I used Delta Diablo Doors to replace our garage doors.

Tyler was very professional, helpful and most importantly honest. He did not try to sell me a garage door because I thought I needed one. I will be ordering my garage door opener from Delta Diablo Doors. Services Rendered: Tyler from Delta Diablo Doors came out on a short notice and on time to measure for a new garage door that I wanted to get before getting the house painted. After inspecting my garage door he determined that my existing garage door was in good condition and only needed thorough caulking, sanding and painting. He did indicated that my garage door opener is what needs to be replaced.
