North Cal showed up within hours of calling and fixed my garage door in less than an hour. The technician, Juan, was knowledgeable and friendly. Another company had just left after insisting that I needed new springs at 5x the cost of what Juan charged. Juan took one look, said my springs were fine but they needed adjustment. In maybe 30 minutes, Jaun had reconnected the cable that had slipped off, tensioned the springs, adjusted the door and was on his way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgable person to solve their garage door problems.
