I had my garage walls and ceiling insulated as well as a shop walls and subfloor. The estimate was very competitive and the scheduling was flexible to meet my timeline. Nicholas and Derek were prompt, courteous and efficient. I was VERY pleased with their work and the results. TOP QUALITY isn't just their name is describes their work and workers. Derick came out and and assessed the project and quicly provided a competitive quote. When I was ready, Derick was very helpful and flexible with the schedule. Nicholas and Noah came out to the site and quickly and efficiently completed the project. They are a great team and did a very good and clean job. I would highly recommend the whole Top Quality team. Just had Nicholas come out from Top-Quality insulation to insulate two rooms of my home after having fire damage, and he did an outstanding job and was pretty fast as well. Would definitely recommend Nicholas and this company for your insulation needs!

We LOVE Top Quality! I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is there! Their customer service is out of this world! You're not just a customer. You really become like family. If you've ever built your own house, you know how important it is to work with contractors and suppliers who have your back and want to help make the madness just a little less maddening. Top Quality not only does just that, they also do so by helping you figure out your needs at the best price they can give you. Bob, the owner, is one of my favorite people. He is a wealth of knowledge. Shelly, in the office, is also so wonderful to talk to, and communication about scheduling is never an issue. I even called months after completion of our our house about a little squeaking we were having with our beautiful garage door. and they sent out Josh right away. He knew EXACTLY what the issue was and now ... quiet as the day it was installed! I am almost tempted to build another house just to work with Top Quality again!

From the first phone call, they answered promptly, and were very helpful in determining what I would need. Mine was a small job, but "they could probably get someone up there in the next two weeks to take a look". I could tell I could believe them, and sure enough they got to my place in less than two weeks and provided me with a thorough explanation of the job and when they could get it done. Nick and Derrick showed up on the day, at the appointed time. They were a pleasure to work with and they worked hard with congeniality. Since this was and under-house insulation job, I asked if they would mind taking some pics and txt to me. No problem! This company is a stand-out in customer service!!!

Russ and Robert helped us a lot! We went in to buy supplies (It turned out they don't carry what we needed and they gave us suppliers' names that do.) We told them the problem that we were having, and together Russ and Robert figured out what was wrong; how to fix it ourselves, and what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again. Very knowledgeable! I recommend them for their honesty, friendliness and professionalism!
