Robert clearly and patiently explained to my son and I what he did to fix and maintenance our garage door components and what to use for lubricating the components. Yelp5I had Jeff from True Garage Door Service come out and assess my self-installed garage door opener. Jeff stuck to the facts and didn't try to upsell. He charged me a fair price for the repair and also took the time to enlighten me on how the door and opener works. I appreciated his professionalism. Yelp5I will never use any other company. I called Wednesday evening and Jeff answered. I told him my garage door wouldn't open and it was making a loud noise. He came the next day and did the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used him and both times I was impressed. Jeff knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.

Google5My door was all jacked up!!! Jeff sent Robert to take a look and Robert quoted me a GREAT price and came back the next day and fixed my door. He did it quickly and now my door is quieter and better than it was when me moved in. I am extremely happy and will contact True Garage next time I need garage door service. 5 stars (6 stars if I could give it)

Yelp5My garage door started malfunctioning and bowing in the middle 2 panels causing the door to stop opening and had to rely on manual operation. I am a renter, so my property management company received my service request early yesterday morning and a few hours later I was contacted by Jeff. I missed his call and he left a voicemail. Called him back this morning and he was extremely flexible with scheduling and I was off today since I had 2 doctors appts (1 morning and 1 afternoon). He offered to send someone out today with a 1 PM to 3 PM window which was perfect for me. Sure enough a gentleman showed up around 2:30 PM to assess the situation. As soon as we opened the garage door, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He said he can replace it if that's what the owner wants but he was confident he could perform a cost-effective repair to remedy the situation, but the decision was ultimately up to the homeowner. He called Jeff to report his findings. Within minutes Jeff had the approval to move forward with the repair since they didn't feel a replacement was necessary and they could easily do a repair, which was done on the spot. It only took about 30 minutes. He added 2 support beams to the panels and new rollers. Mannnnnn the garage door rolls up smooth like butter on those new rollers. Those definitely make an obvious difference. The door now opens like it is a brand-new garage door and this thing is 17 years old! I saw the 1-star yelp review from someone back in 2019 so I went outside and checked if the rollers are actually new. Yep, they are brand spankin' new and the garage door is working perfectly. Although I am not the homeowner or the property manager, I really appreciate them not trying to scam anyone into a new door. Highly recommend this business. They are honest, flexible with scheduling, and very responsive and kind to customers.

Yelp5Jeff was prompt, on schedule, professional, and did fantastic work on our garage door. And he charged a very reasonable price for his service. He helped us replace our broken torsion spring and made necessary adjustments to the opener and the connection between the door and the opener in order to make it safe. You can tell Jeff cares about his work and cares about the well being of his customers. Highly recommend!

I requested a second opinion. Jeff with True Garage Door Service came to assist and he not only fixed my garage door but he also serviced it and showed wonderful customer service!! When you need service, it's important that the technicians are genuine, on-time and efficient. This is what Jeff w/ True showed. Thank you!

Google1Do not waste your money they are a fraud. Will find any way to rack up a bill. If you want people to speak to you rudely and If you have money to waste call them but if you work hard for your money go elsewhere. I only gave one star because it won't let me have zero stars...

Yelp5My garage door cable broke on a Sunday afternoon, I called Jeff and he assured me he could come out on Monday. My car was locked in the garage so I desperately needed help. True to his word and timeline he was here on time and took care of the problem, he was my hero of the day. I feel his price was fair and I appreciated that he took my call on Sunday afternoon and was here Monday as promised. Highly recommend.

Yelp5We had a "car vs garage door" mishap which left a car trapped in the garage. Jeff came out less than 24 hours later and replaced the broken cable, balanced the garage door and rescued the trapped car. He was great!!!

Google5Friday night we tried to leave and our garage door wouldn't open because the spring had broken. This sent us into a slight panic because we had a funeral to attend in the Bay Area the next morning and our car was stuck inside the garage . We reached out to Jeff and he promised to be out first thing in the morning and get it fixed so we could leave on time; he lived up to his promise. He worked VERY hard and VERY fast and we were out exactly in time. Jeff was very friendly and super knowledgeable and his price was the same as the other quotes we received even though he came out last minute on a Saturday. I highly recommend you call him if you need any type of servicing on your garage door

Google5I had a spring brake and my car was stuck in my garage. I called True Garage Door before 9am and Jeff was here at 11:20am, he called when he was on his way, kept in communication with me, friendly, professional, fast, the price was excellent and all around Great customer service. Google5What do you do when your garage door opener fails to work and your cars and you are stuck? Call True Garage Door Service, that's what! After several phone calls to other firms that promised they could get to me in two or three days, I got lucky when 'Jeff' answered the phone. He said he could have a man who was working in our area, out in about 20 minutes. Well, it turned into 35 minutes, but that is a damned sight better that 2 or 3 days. The technician, Robert Perez, was a master of his craft. He corrected the problem, reset limits on the door's travel, lubed all the moving parts, and tightened bolts in the wood panels which had become a little loose. He checked every facet of operation. This door is now like new and is so quiet in operation. And he did this with both cars still in the garage. This company, and Robert, are definitely 5-star. I would use them again in a heartbeat, or recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Google5I am absolutely amazed and grateful for the service provided by Jeff. My home warranty sent Jeff to repair my garage and he did and above and beyond job. He even taught me a little bit about what was going on so that I didn't feel like I was in the dark. Jeff is kind and really knows what he's doing. I would recommend him 100%! Google5First off Jeff is a amazing !!!! Sunday evening I tried to close my garage it made a loud sound the spring had broke I quickly Went to the Internet to try and fix it .. Until my sister told me I would end up losing a finger or eye.. called Jeff !!he said we would be @house Monday morning he was very prepared , professional and quick he was done in 45mins he replaced both springs tighten the chain and greased it. My husband put insulation in last summer and Jeff adjusted the door to accommodate the weight... My door is working great... Thanks Jeff.
