Yelp5Erik and Josh are outstanding ! If you have a door/lock problem they can fix it! They are professional, courteous, and punctual. Actually they called to ask if they could come early. Our sliding glass door was stuck in the locked position, it would not unlock! He checked a few things to diagnose the problem, made a couple of adjustments and got things back on track. We're now able to lock and unlock the slider. Price was reasonable. So very happy. We highly recommend EJ and will use again if we have any door problems.

Yelp5I drove through another garage door that had stuck. It was winter & really cold. I called EJ's. We live 12 miles from town but they managed to get someone there that afternoon to assess the damage. Alas, I needed a new door. They straighten the door so we could get it up & down. It took awhile for the new door to get here--Covid manufacturing & delivery delays. The new one is in now. Looks great & total price was less than the original quote. Friendly service & great craftsmanship!

Yelp5My garage door was acting as if it had a mind of its ow, It would go down when I pushed the button and then back up. I called EJs and the lady who answered asked me to make sure the sensors were clear so I wouldn't need to pay for a service call. I thought that was nice but alas the sensors were clear so she sent someone out the next morning to look at it. Turns out there was an issue with the spring and the bracket where it attaches to the all and the door was pulling away and about to disconnect all together. The tech fixed it an since the opener was an old model I had him replace that too. I thought the price was fair and I love my new garage door opener which is so much quieter than the old one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Yelp5Our contractor used this company for our new construction. We were onsite the day the garage door was installed. Our order came exactly as specified, efficient installation process, and very courteous service. Eric took the time to explain use, gave me his cell phone in case we had questions getting our factory auto visor openers programmed. Offered to come out and get them programmed for us if needed. The garage door looks great and operates very smoothly. I would recommend this company.

Yelp5I have a vacation home along shoreline. I needed to spruce up my garage door. I called Eric and he gave me a RESPECTFUL bid. I could tell Eric knew his stuff. From start to finish he did a GREAT job. He took PRIDE in his craftsmanship. I would Recommend Ej's quality garage doors. He actually installed and did repairs to a few of my neighbors.
