Google5We had a garage door repair completed. Was able to text photos to Doug who ordered the correct panels based on his records from when the door was installed four years ago. Brian came to do the repair/replacement which was accomplished in about an hour. Very positive experience from start to finish. Door looks terrific! Brian made certain everything was in good working order and made helpful suggestions for maintenance. It's great to do business with folks who are professional, experts in their field, and just pleasant to deal with. This describes the folks at Genson Overhead and why I am happy to write an enthusiastic recommendation. Thanks Genson for an awesome job!

Google5Genson was very responsive to a broken garage door. They communicated well, answered my questions, and showed up when they said they would. And the people who did the repair work were considerate and professional.

Google5Came IMMEDIATELY. Not only fixed the emergency problem as requested, but fully serviced both doors (not done since we built 10 years ago), Programmed a remote for three overhead doors in our barn. Very thorough at a fair price.

Google5We had doug as a salesman, he was great, came in a timely manner did their measurements and got me a quote quickly. Once our door came in they had it installed the following week. The installer was very professional and personable. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone.

Google5The original doors and openers were installed in July, 2021 by Genson Overhead Doors. As the 2 year point was reached, I called Genson to perform service. Also wanted two wireless remotes installed. The service technician arrived at the appointed time and confirmed the necessary work to be done. All work was completed as expected. I will definitely be calling Genson Overhead Doors again for future service.

Google5The garage doors look great. The two men worked all day taking apart my rotting garage doors and supports and replaced with new wood supports and the doors I ordered. They did a great job cleaning up too. I was very happy with the service. The doors took 8 weeks to arrive and one incorrect panel arrived. It'll take another month to get the correct panel to arrive. Not Genson fault, they did an amazing job.
