To sum up the experience, great service, fast, at a reasonable price!
I called about a garage door opener from the 70's that OHD had installed, which was still working, but had started to malfunction and likely needed replaced.
I called on Monday morning. I got through to someone immediately, who put me down to be scheduled for a visit. She was able to provide me pricing for a fix vs a new install. After going through some options, she advised that the technician would have my preferred opener with him should the old one need replaced.
Later that day, I had a day and time on the books for the same week, with a 2 hour window, along with the name of my Tech, Tim R.
Tim called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived during the agreed window. We reviewed the existing unit and discussed options. No push either way, just the facts. We quickly came to a mutual agreement that a new opener was needed, and he got right to work. The whole job was done in an hour flat, with obvious quality of workmanship.
A great experience overall start to finish! Highly recommend.
