Anthony was on time, worked incredibly fast, checked everything else to make sure it was in good condition and even took the time to explain everything about the mechanism as we are first time home owners. The spring broke on my garage door late on a Wednesday night. I made an appointment on Precision's website that night and my door was repaired before 11:00am Thursday morning! Steven T. my tech was great, explained my options and gave me a quote before starting the work. Area was left clean and neat and I'm very pleased with the result.

I made an appointment to have our garage door looked at due to ongoing issues. They made an appointment for the following day and were very friendly. Our technician Steven arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He gave us several options for repairs and replacements, and explained everything in detail. He even offered to complete the job that day and installed our new door that same evening, taking the time to show us all the details of what it would cover. Anthony Femano was amazing! High energy, friendly and always a positive attitude. He evaluated the situation quickly and provided some options. I quickly went from a snapped cable and bent rail to a rebuilt system that worked better than it did new. He also ensured all parts were moving smoothly and that the limits were readjusted once the rebuild was complete. Same day service too! Replaced my garage doors about 6 weeks ago and wanted to wait a minute before reviewing them. The service was fantastic. They called to let me know when the doors would arrive and when they would be able to install them, based on my schedule. I had both garage doors, tension bars and openers replaced all in one day. I wanted side-mounted motors rather than the traditional chain operated, ceiling motors. They are far quieter and smoother. The doors themselves are insulated. My original Wayne Dalton doors were also "insulated" but the difference is like comparing a VW to a Porsche. The Dalton doors are fine, but the Precision Doors are fantastic. I have a loft above my garage, so I used to lose heat in the winter and cold in the summer through the garage, and now I don't. I had to re-learn my thermostat settings because my garage is truly insulated now. One final note about the service; after 3 weeks, one of my control pads stopped working. I called precision doors (late in the day) about it and they had a technician out the following morning to inspect the problem. It was simply a loose connection on a previously mounted wire, that was quickly fixed and the technician inspected the entire system again just to ensure everything was fine. The service call was free, and none of their equipment was the culprit. Very pleased with the service and equipment.
