Yesterday, Raynor's men installed our first garage door opener. It was their last job on a muggy and rainy afternoon. The two men, Ron and Logan couldn't have been more pleasant. They answered any questions my wife and I had while thoroughly explaining all of the components the opener has. Ron and Logan worked very efficiently and both demonstrated knowledge of our door opener. We are very satisfied with the opener but equally impressed by the high level of service we received. This was the third time Raynor has done something at our home or our son's home. We have never been disappointed, because Raynor really knows garage doors and openers.

I called after business hours and left a message. They called back first thing the next morning and had a technician to my house by 9:00 am. New spring was installed and door lubricated and serviced by 10:00 am. Services Rendered: Had a garage door spring that snapped and needed to be replaced.

I'd asked for the 9-12 window but requested to be as early as possible as I also had an appointment at 12, he was here at 8:55. He quickly sized up the problem, with the cable as well as another issue with the garage door opener, and had it all fixed in just under an hour. While he was a very gruff person, he got it done which is all that matters to me. I felt the price was fair, and less than I had worried it might be. Services Rendered: My very old garage door had been working poorly, and we knew that a cable on the side had broken, so a friend tried to fix it. It lasted a week but the door got more and more crooked and then finally went up and wouldn't come down. I called Senke which gave me an appointment almost a week away, and Raynor which gave me one 2 days away.

I had to sections of my garage door that needed to be replaced. After examining the damage and providing and estimate Raynor also suggested a new type of opener ( a jackshaft) to avoid future damage. They replaced the door sections and ordered the opener. They were very punctual - actually arrived early for both projects. The new opener is fantastic - so quiet we never hear it. Services Rendered: Replaced two sections of garage door and a new opener.

CALLED RAYNOR IN THE MORNING AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A TECH OUT TO REPAIR THE DOOR IN THE AFTERNOON. ASKED FOR MY CONTACT NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BEFORE HE CAME OUT. TECH CALLED AROUND 1:00 AND WE MET AT HOUSE AT 1:30. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE BAD SPRING, AND RECOMMENDED DOING BOTH SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR TRAVEL IF THE SECOND ONE BROKE. I OPTED TO CHANGE BOTH ($65.00 EA), HE CHECKED THE LIFT CABLES AND SHOWED ME WHERE THEY WERE FRAYED AND REPLACED THEM AS WELL ($12.00EA). CHECKED THE OPERATION AND WAS ALL DONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO. JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND NEATLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR FUTURE WORK. Services Rendered: REPLACED BOTH DOOR SPRINGS AND CABLES ON 16' OVERHEAD DOOR

Called on Saturday morning; they quoted price to replace tension spring, instructed on how to open and close door manually without damaging it further; arrived at 9:30 Monday morning as promised; repaired and adjusted door as promised as per price quoted. Door works as good now as when it was new. Services Rendered: Replaced tension spring on 12 year old 16 foot wide steel Raynor garage door .
