Google5I texted Jake @DuraDoor and he called me back in minutes. I told him my problem, 18+ years opener not working right and he offered to come out that same day after he was done his last appointment and troubleshoot. He called me about his findings, explained what was going on and gave me options and was able to change out my old opener rather quickly, accommodating my schedule and I am extremely impressed. Great experience
