Outstanding! Trustworthy and honest. I suggest you stay local when you need garage repairs. They were quick to get out to my house and Kelly was very personable and honest about what needed replacing and what did not.
Called at 7:30 am, tech was at my home by 9:10 am. Did an outstanding job. My spring broken on Saturday. What to use the front for the first time in 10 years. It stinks.... once you have your garage door with an opener you don't want to go back. Thank you Jake! He had my garage door fix in less then an hour..
Kelly's did an excellent job with a maintenance repair with my garage door, so as a realtor when one of my customer's called saying two other garage door companies had said they could not repair her door and would cost nearly $2,000 to replace I told her to give Kelly's a try. They were able to repair the garage door at a much more reasonable price than replacing it ensuring both my and now their customer was happy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Kelly's for your garage door needs.
Kelly was very honest about what repair was needed, but since the motor was so old we chose to buy a new motor that he recommended. Jake installed it and was very professional and informative and explained everything to my husband. We will definitely recommend Kelly's Garage Door Services to others.
Based on the phone conversation, prior to the appointment, Kelly brought a new double car garage door on top of his truck. I was fully prepared to have purchase a new garage door, based on the severity of the damage. I was thrilled when Kelly said it could be fixed. It was a great way to end 2023...not because I saved thousands of dollars (although, that was awesome!), but it was a reminder that most people are really good and kind. Plus, he and Jimmy did a great job! You can't see the damage and it even runs smoother than before!
I would give them a hundred stars if I could!! They always work me in their schedule quickly, and are always able to miraculously salvage my garage door to survive another day - no matter how I abuse it!! Their pricing is more than reasonable. Jake has responded to my service requests both times and is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. His work is impeccable!! When I build my home next year I definitely want Kelly's doing the installation and maintenance of my garage doors. Customer for life!!

We just moved in and had our old swing out garage door replaced with a new automatic garage door. We LOVE it ! Kelly's workmanship is outstanding. They are friendly and pleasant . Also same for their office staff. Highly recommend this company!
Our garage door was squealing really loudly and I thought it was the wheels. They came out and looked at me saying "you're not the guy who was here last time." I had to laugh and said we had bought the house 18 months ago. He heard it and said it was actually the cable rubbing on the track, he lubed it up and no more squeal! He also adjusted it so it goes up and down better. AND there was no charge since "he really didn't do anything." I will be calling again if and when my door needs service.
We called at 8 am. They responded immediately and we our home in less than an hour even though they were busy right before the holidays. They fixed our garage door which was getting stuck halfway in no time and were thorough but fast. They charged an extremely reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company!
We needed to replace our old motor and called Kelly. A young guy named Jeremy came and did a great job for us. He also showed me that some our rollers had major flat spots and I had those replaced with much quieter nylon rollers. I can highly recommend Kelly's for any maintenance or replacement work. A five star job! I will definitely call Kelly's for any future needs.

I bought my house 4 years ago and it had an old wooden broken garage door. My home inspector recommended Kelly's and I'm so glad he did. Since it was so long ago I don't remember the gentleman's name who came out but he was very professional and friendly. He came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what it would cost. When he came out to install the door he was on time and was done much sooner than I had expected. He made sure to show me different aspects that I was not aware of with the locks and garage door opener that I was not aware of as a first time home buyer. In today's world it is difficult to find a professional who is on time and delivers on their promises in prices, quality, and service. Kelly's does an amazing job in all areas and I would highly recommend them!
Hurricane Hermine caused some issues with our garage door. Fortunately we called Kelly's and he came out the same day and fixed the problem in about an hour. He was prompt, courteous and very, very proficient. We highly recommend Kelly for any and all of your garage door needs!
I wanted to take a moment to give Kelly's Garage Door Services an impeccable review. Kelly has been great over the years as I have encountered issues with my garage door opener, and this time around my renters completely messed up the garage door so bad it wouldn't open and came off the tracks. It was compromised to the point that it had to be replaced. Kelly is so easy to work with and easy going to. He made the entire experience a breeze and between Rusty, his Office Manager, and Kelly, they make a great team, are super organized and communicate well too! The garage door whispers now and it's so nice to be able to completely trust a service provider like Kelly's! I cannot say thank you enough.
I had read the prior review and decided to call Kelly's. Our experience was just as good. Quick professional response, repair done as soon as part came in (4 days) and fair price. I would highly recommend this company.
I have heard of so many horror stories when it comes to garage door repair in this town. When my neighbor had garage door issues, she told me about how fantastic Kelly's was. Glad she did! Two months later my door came off the tracks. I called the number on the Kelly's website, and the cell's voicemail directed me to call their office number. The gentleman on the phone, who they call "Crusty", was super helpful. He asked what the issue was, and told me a maximum amount of money I should expect to pay, which was far lower than I thought it would be. The next day, Kelly showed up to look at my door. He got it back on the tracks, but had to order a new main spring for the door, which was going to take less than a week with their parts arriving on a Tuesday. He would not take a check until after the parts came in and were installed. Sure enough, Tuesday morning at 8:24am, Kelly calls me to tell me the parts are in and he should be at my home in one hour. Wow. He arrived, installed the parts and the door works great. The cost was about half as much as Crusty quoted me, which was a nice surprise. I also ordered the weather seal to go around the outside of my door. Once again, the price is a fraction of what I thought it would cost and he won't accept payment until it is installed. He will install this next week and send me an invoice! Do business with this company, you won't be disappointed.
