Google5Our 19-year-old (Ideal) garage door had rust on it that we were tired of fighting. I wanted to replace the bottom 2 panels but because the pattern did not match exactly we left the windows at the top and replaced the 3 bottom panels. I had 2 other "big name" garage door companies out and was told the only answer was to replace the entire door. They would not even discuss using a different brand (Clopay). Ian from Certified assured us that the Clopay would physically match even though the decorative pattern was a little different. Certified did not require a deposit and the door panels were replaced within a few days of us saying we were ready to have it done. The tech did a great job and also tightened the spring a bit to make it MUCH easier to lift. And it looks great. Only downside was there was no flexibility on the price. But, they were the ONLY company who came out that offered a solution.

Google5My garage door broke down days before Christmas. I had worries of unexpected costs during the holiday and finding someone who was interested in working. I first dealt with Ian. He was friendly. Spoke to me clearly and explained all he had to do. Then found me a door and priced it fairly without taking advantage of the time period and my urgency. Within days and before the holiday weekend I had my door installed. The workers had the same friendly attitude and displayed the desire to do it right. I would recommend Certified Garage Door to anyone.

Google5Anselmo Felipe was OUTSTANDING! Technician showed up promptly, was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and took care of exactly what I needed on the spot! I thought maybe he would diagnose, order parts and come back but no, he completed several repairs right then and was done within an hour! Highly recommend this company; I do not usually take the time to write reviews but Anselmo deserved it as well as this company. Thank you, I will definitely call if anything needed in the future!

Google5Luis was fantastic. Kind, professional and efficient. He got the door fixed quickly and did a great job of explaining my options for a future replacement. My garage door is now fully operational less than 24 hours after being broken. This is the company you want on speed dial.

Google5Knowledgeable, prompt, professional! I was so glad that they answered the phone immediately when I called and then the individual that answered, Kevin, was an absolute expert and discussed many specific details with me. They completed the service the next day which was excellent. Their pricing is available on their website with no markups or surprises which is also excellent. The installer was super professional, very knowledgeable, and just a really nice person. This whole experience was 5 FIVE STAR Perfection! In a world of "less" personalized customer service, dealing with Certified Garage Doors was different and awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you!!!

Angi5Excellent company. Very easy to do business with. Ian and the installers were great and very professional. They replaced 2 oversize garage doors (16 x 8 and 9 x 8), garage door openers, and all related anchors. The existing doors were over 30 years old, so quite a bit had to be done to get the doors up to code. Ian recommended the right doors in order to get insurance discounts in the future. The installers cleaned up everything before they left and assisted in programming the keypads. Services Rendered: replaced oversize garage doors and openers

Within a few moments, he made it clear that while he was familiar with the kind of work we needed, the specific type of facility and our need is something that he feels a more niche professional would be better suited to perform. He shared with us the positives and negatives of alternatives, and then gave us a link to someone he has used for the very type of job we needed done. This is an example of professional ethics and integrity that are often lacking in the business world, but which set companies like this aside for their excellence and integrity. BBB5After a trusted neighbor recommended Certified Garage Door, I was very pleased by the pricing and by not being pressured to order more than the basic doors I wanted. Installation was scheduled for the next week to allow time for HOA approval. Despite running into issues with their truck, they still did almost all the job on the day they had promised and came back a day later to add the trim. According to the county building inspector, my new doors were installed to a higher standard than required by code with six braces rather than five. Now I'm feeling much more prepared for the next hurricane that rips through here.
