I have been using this company for several years. They have always done an excellent job and at a fair price. They respond quickly which is nice when your door isn't working right and you don't want to wait days for service. I highly recommend Genie of Clearwater. My garage door was broken for a year and I was afraid to get it fixed because I thought it was going to be really expensive. They came out and fixed it in less than an hour and only charged me $99 total!! He was extremely professional and competent. My garage door has never worked or sounded better. He did such a great job, I called another friend who needed one fixed too and sent him over after.. Awesome job! Thank you again for everything .

I cannot say enough positive things about Genie of Clearwater. I have used them for my home and my in-laws home for over 30 years. From a small repair to garage door replacement they are outstanding. Fair prices, great workmanship and excellent communication.

This is a great company. Jay was wonderful. My Genie door opener was installed in 1981, it had not been opening/closing well, talk about shake, rattle and roll. I thought I needed a new one. But Jay did a full check up greased and lubricated rollers and chain. It now works like new. Would highly recommend them

Jeff came out to fix our garage opener and it was a great experience! He was pleasant and fixed the issues very quickly. Our garage opener was installed by this company in 1995 and it still works! Great customer service and affordable prices. Highly recommend!

Genie of Clearwater installed our garage door in 2010. Made a slight adjustment a couple months later. Jeff handled that adjustment back then. We just had the spring break and guess who came out to make the repair? It was Jeff! As previously, he did a wonderful job. Thank you Genie of Clearwater and thank you Jeff!

Great Family owned company. **** the field manager by the way a real nice guy came over on Tuesday gave me a quote and the next day Wednesday *** the installer also a real nice guy had my new garage door opener up and running quick and efficiently. The spring and drive belt broke on my garage door. I Called Andy at Genie of Clearwater and he fit me in the same day. Edwin the tech was extremely professional and courteous. Awesome professional work at a great price. Andy also made sure to cover my warranty parts on my six year old door. Will highly recommend. Thanks!!!

Had a nightmare of an experience with R T garage Door. The guy there told me it would take a magician to fix my garage. Well wouldn't you know! Genie of Clearwater has magicians at hand. They fixed my garage door quickly, were professional at every step of the way, and explained all necessary steps to get the job done. Fantastic experience and very fair prices! I've use them twice in the last few years. The first time I was amazed how the repairmen knew exactly what the issue was in about 5 minutes. The second time my coil broke and they were out the next day after I called and replaced it at a fair price. I truly trust them to do a good job. Which I find very valuable in this day and age.

What a wonderful company! I called last night after hours when I discovered my garage door wouldn’t open. Diana at Genie of Clearwater returned my call this morning and scheduled me for service. I could not open the door manually, and I had a doctor’s appt. in the afternoon. She accommodated me by sending Jeff to fix my door this morning. What a wonderful, knowledgeable gentleman! He replaced the capacitor and my garage door was functional once again. I have always used Genie of Clearwater. It is a very professional company. I like patronizing local companies in my city. Was very satisfied with Genie of Clw and Jeff today. Turned out there was nothing really wrong with my garage door opener. Jeff explained what the 'problem' was and what I should do if it happens again. He went ahead and did a maintenance on the system. He could have told me there was something major wrong with it, so I appreciate his honesty.. .very important. Thank you! Also enjoyed chatting with the lady (Irish) on the phone today! :)

Excellent customer service from initial call to Diana to schedule appointment to service provided by Joe. Genie of Clearwater installed our original garage door in 2005. Made appointment to purchase and install a wireless keypad for garage door. Diana indicated they had tech in area and could have installed it the day I called. Installation was scheduled for the next day at my request. Diana called the next morning to confirm time and again 15 minutes before the tech arrived. The fee not only included keypad and installation but the tech also checked and serviced the door and other moving parts. I had several questions about the keypad, door and opener and Joe not only answered all my questions but offered excellent advice and recommendations. Highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Purchase and installation of a wireless keypad for garage door

Jeff arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (faulty wiring in a sensor) and repaired it in less than half an hour. He was polite, pleasant and cheerful and explained everything very well. I've used Genie of Clearwater for about a dozen years and have always been completely pleased with their service and with the fact that they keep excellent records of what they've done. Their long-time sales manager, Diana, has always urged me to have them repair anything that can be fixed, rather than automatically trying to sell me something new that I may not need -- a rare trait, and one I really appreciate.
