Yelp5I am a landlord. My tenants had a broken overhead spring. I was quoted a price over the phone, very reasonable, and made arrangements. They contacted the tenant and were able to complete the repair in the same day. Definitely recommend and are my new garage door service for the area.

Yelp5Jim was the nicest guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was totally reasonable. Didn't give me a hard sell or anything like that. I asked questions, he had answers and suggestions but never pushed for anything. I would highly recommend him and if the need ever arises again he'll be my first call!

Angi5Perfect. Great guy. He is why you hire a professional instead of watching you tube and trying to be a DIYer....garage doors are both dangerous and technical and my family is so glad that we hired Jim. We called on Tuesday and he was right on time the next day. My best advice is use his knowledge and expertise to perform the difficult, extremely physical and hot in summer job in the garage. Jim is just an all around great guy....really cool, calm and smart, way smart!!! Thank You!!! Services Rendered: We needed a new door opener to replace our old one and some service performed

Yelp5James Frank is a life saver, not only did he come out same day but what he charges it's so affordable I know with another company I would have paid a few hundreds of dollars and he is honest. You don't see many like him Use him if you need any repairs done He saved us money and time I highly recommend

Yelp5I had James (Jim) and his assistant install a garage door opener. He was timely and professional. I feel his pricing is excellent and he gave me a good deal. While there he replaced the broken trim around the exterior of the door. He also replaced all the rollers on the door. What a difference! The door goes up & down so quietly now. I highly recommend this company.

Yelp5Excellent service! Always try to keep business local and this time, we're very pleased we did! All companies could learn something from this one. Punctual! Polite! PERFECT! What seemed very inconvenient when it broke, turned into no big deal; in under 30 minutes our garage door was back to working, thanks to Mr. Frank. We highly recommend him!

Yelp5I needed a spring replaced, and they showed up within 2 hours and also suggested replacing the rollers which were badly worn. Door operates perfectly now and I highly recommend their service

Angi5Excellent service. Could not have been a better experience. They were able to arrive and do the repair about 2 hours after I called. They had replacement parts on the their truck. Final cost was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very professional. They even offered to adjust my other garage door that did not need any repairs at no additional cost. Services Rendered: Replaced the Garage Door Spring.

Angi5In preparation for Hurricane Irma, we hired Jim to replace our old and damaged double-garage door with a new hurricane-reinforced door. With very short notice, Jim came out to assess the job, secure the permit, and replace the door before Irma hit Florida. We've hired Jim in the past to do garage door repairs and have been very pleased with his responsiveness and the quality of his work. We highly recommend Jim for garage door repairs and replacement. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door with hurricane-reinforced door.

Angi5I phoned James Frank Door Services and they came the very next morning. They checked the cables, springs, wheels, etc. and replaced what needed replacing and tightened the system. It works great and we're glad we didn't have to get a new one. They said it wasn't worth buying a new door since it would cost more than the shed, and they were able to "tune up" our system. They were thorough and considerate, and we couldn't be more pleased. The service call was $65 and to replace the cable was $10. Services Rendered: We have an old garage door that was rigged to fit a lawn mower and other equipment, and it came out of alignment and lost a wheel. Our maintenance worker repaired the wheel but the panels were coming apart and it was only a matter of time before it wouldn't open again.

Angi5Found a loose roller carrier that was hanging up the door movement and was corrected . Installed new rollers. Found a bad drive belt, which he replaced. All items were done quickly and professionally. He was on time. Great service, price, and timeliness. Services Rendered: Garage door was operational but would not close completely. Needed door serviced and install quieter rollers.

Angi5My property management company recommended Jim. I happen to live on his route home so he stopped by the same day, repaired the door quickly and was on his way. Jim is very personable, easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend him for any work you need done on your garage door. Angi5They were great, quick and efficient. I called, left a voicemail and received a call back in 15 minutes stating that they can stop on there way back from a job. They were able to diagnose the problem in seconds, explain everything to me (why the gear and sprocket broke and how they where going to fix it) and get the job done in 30 minutes. When they were done James explained my system to me and explained when to lube everything and get a tune up. Every professional and knowledgable! I would recommend them to friends. Services Rendered: They replaced the gear and sprocket in the opener and tuned and leveled the door. They also oiled/lubed everything and adjusted the opener and tightened the wall button.
