Called just to get an estimate lady gave me a rough estimate over the phone most companies don't do that until they come and see it. Techs came out same day gave a very reasonable price and fixed the garage door that day only took an hour to be complete. I will definitely be calling them again for any future repairs
Steve and Tawnie provide first-class service for home new garage door opener. Their technician, David and Angel were both so professional and quick and treated me with respect saying "yes mam" and "no mam" always. Rare these days to find servicemen at this level of professionalism. I will refer them to anyone in need of garage door repairs or replacement. They are also very generous to our community and have servants hearts to help others.

My garage door would not stay shut even after multiple attempts at adjusting. It made some pretty loud noises and vibrated quite a bit. I called Master Garage to have it diagnosed. Joshua and David showed up on time and after I offered some input on what I thought it was they went to work. 30 minutes later they were done and the garage door is functioning as it should. Much quieter, much smoother, and the door closes and stays closed. They could have easily upcharged me based on all the things I told them I thought needed replaced but they didn't. I paid for a service call and got a perfectly working door in return. This place knows how to treat their customers and they've earned a lifetime one in me.
Highly Recommend! Had a spring on the garage door break. Steve and David were out the same day to replace the springs on my door and actually use better springs than were originally installed. It's not a matter of "if" but rather "when" your springs fail. Just know, this is the company you need to call.
My torsion spring broke and I called Master Garage Door to do the repair, based on all the positive reviews. The owner of the company, Steve came out same day. I couldn't be more pleased. The work was fast, efficient, and clean! The price was amazing too, but what really impressed me was the top to bottom inspection of my door and opener. Never has the door been so quiet and moved so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future repairs/ maintenance.

I was having trouble with my garage door and gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment to meet my schedule without an issue. Joshua was prompt and so kind. He explained the issue to me and was honest and upfront about everything. All repairs were complete in less than an hour. The service was very well priced and payment options were very convenient. If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable company to repair/maintain your garage doors, the search is over when you contact Steve at Master Garage Door. I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. This is one of those special companies that you feel like you struck gold finding. The owner has a great attitude and you get a genuine sense that he's passionate, experienced and trustworthy. I ordered the most insulated door possible to block out heat in the garage. Everything I had was super old and needed replacing. I went with top of the line everything. In a matter of hours him and his team took everything down and replaced the door, frame rails, motor, sensors, outdoor control unit, weather-strips, spring etc. The new system is super quiet, door closes without gaps and overall just works as expected.
Friendly and upfront with what the problem was. I knew what needed to be replaced and Steve was in agreement with my assessment. No hidden costs and reasonably priced. Also quicker response than what I expected.

Steve showed up on time after we received a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Immediately discussed what was wrong and gave me the cost. He then did an extremely thorough inspection of our entire garage door operation and found another issue which he notified me of immediately and asked if I would like that to be fixed as well. After performing his work in a very reasonable amount of time, we went over what he had done, best maintenance practices, and total cost. He also let me know that there was a warranty on the parts he used to replace our broken springs. He was very professional, polite, and willing to answer all of my questions. Steve came out for an estimate right away. A few days later I called with some follow up questions and he promptly got back to me, took his time and answered all my question. They were never pushy like other big companies. Install appointment was quickly scheduled once I was ready and they came out 2 days after I called. Steve and his guys were actually early for the appointment, very professional and friendly. Work was performed within a couple of hours, they did a GREAT job cleaning up and even came back about an hour later because of one very small issue. I would recommend them 100%!!! Thanks guys! A young man named Joshua arrived and was very nice. I have used this company in the past but it was always the owner, Steve. Joshua is very competent and he helped us old folk with our problem. I have used this company since I moved into this house and will continue to use them. They are honest and fair. Can't ask for much more! Services Rendered: Setting up our garage door for the remotes. We had originally called because I thought the rubber seal on the bottom of the door needed to be replaced yearly. Joshua explained that it appeared ok and it was still pliable.

The installer was Joshua Jones and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He did a great job. They were in the same range as everybody else on pricing. They weren't the lowest company, but they weren't the highest either. The price could've been a little cheaper. Services Rendered: They replaced the actual garage door opener.
