I've used them twice now and I like that their repairman keeps our almost 60-year-old garage door opener running rather than trying to sell us something new. They are also a union shop which is important to me. Overall, excellent, friendly service.

great service. I talked through my problem with a guy. I forgot his name but I wish I could remember so I could use it. He then gave me options with no desire to sell me just to help. I ended up buying a brace for $35 which worked out great. Thank you so much for working with me and giving a realistic a good solution I ended up being able to do myself.

We told them what size our door springs were so they would be prepared, but they came without springs and charged us for delivering us a spring (shouldn't have been charged for this since we told them what we had) but for being fair...(1 hour driving time.) We got charged for their driving, which would be 26min x 2= 52min (round up to an hour.) Two guys worked 1 1/2 hrs (40min a piece.) Apparently this is $590 of labor. I am displeased with them not telling us hourly rate after I called for itemized bill (shop rate and driving time.) I didn't get any numbers over the phone. It looks like it would be $200 an hour. There work was good which is why I gave them three stars but I can't believe the labor price on this. This is our fault for not getting prices up front. Next time I will do more research. I just couldn't fathom it would cost this much.

They were easy to contact, came on time to make an estimate and arrived on the time scheduled for the service. They ordered a wrong size door, but could adapt it for our garage and gave us a discount for the mistake. The new size actually works much better for us, the door works and will last for a long time. Don is the best sale manager. He came to my home on time and provide an estimate. After I decided to accept his proposal, he ordered the doors for me. It will take about 4 weeks to get the doors. After the service, he told me that he forgot to add the labor fee of several hundred dollars in my quote. Since we have agreed the quote, he will not charge the labor fee for me. It was one of the best company in Terre Haute who kept their promise. They provided quality work. You can always trust them. I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: I have two garage doors and two openers which are needed to be replaced.

Had an issue with the garage door at my home. Called Overhead Door Co of Terre Haute. They came when they said they would and finished up quickly. The guys that came out were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They told me what needed to be done, I said okay, and they went to work. It took them less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I was super surprised at how reasonable the price was. I had really expected to pay much more. I had needed the garage door worked on for a while, but put it off because I was afraid of how much it would cost. Now I feel comfortable calling them whenever my garage door needs serviced. Great people, great company!
