They came when they said they would and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I am grateful!!!
We called Reliable Garage Doors, and they gave me some suggestions and estimates on replacing our old garage door and opener. They were quick to respond and did a great job. I would recommend them.
We waited 2 days for them to come out for their next available appointment. They scheduled to come between 10 and 1:00 on Thursday. We gladly took the appointment and rearranged our entire day to accommodate the time they gave us. At 11:45 THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, they called to let me know they were not going to be able to make it that day and they could now not come out for 2 more days. Our van has now been stuck inside our garage for 4 days and we are still waiting to get it out (it will be 6 days- IF they come on the newly scheduled appointment time). Unfortunately, we are stuck using them as it is who our home warranty has us going through. If you have a choice, go somewhere more "RELIABLE".
We called about 10:00 in the morning on a weekday and Mark and a helper showed up before lunch. They quoted just an hour labor and ended up doing an excellent job. We ended up getting the garage door fixed and two new remotes. We couldn't be more pleased, very easy and painless and also very affordable and professional. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend to others!
