We waited 2 days for them to come out for their next available appointment. They scheduled to come between 10 and 1:00 on Thursday. We gladly took the appointment and rearranged our entire day to accommodate the time they gave us. At 11:45 THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, they called to let me know they were not going to be able to make it that day and they could now not come out for 2 more days. Our van has now been stuck inside our garage for 4 days and we are still waiting to get it out (it will be 6 days- IF they come on the newly scheduled appointment time). Unfortunately, we are stuck using them as it is who our home warranty has us going through. If you have a choice, go somewhere more "RELIABLE".
