Google5Cannot say enough good things about this company, they care and do above and beyond what most companies would do. Had problem with one of my openers, Tim came right out and got me taken care. It was a circuit board issue. They got me a new board, up and running in no time at all, all under warranty. You're not gonna find a better company to install your garage doors. I mean it. These guys are the best.

Google5My garage door stopped halfway up. I couldn't get it to go so I had to pull the rope to continue opening and then closing the door. I called Tim who I found on google. I left a message explaining my husband is in a wheelchair and the ramp is in the garage. He immediately returned my call saying he would be there in a few minutes. He fit me into an already busy day which I REALLY APPRECIATED. It just needed a part which he had in his truck. It was a used part but the price was right - free. All he charged me was a service call. His prompt response and honesty is something that will make his business a successful one. Believe me when I say I will definitely call him again if his services are needed.

Google5They called me back promptly on a Saturday and fit us into their schedule the following Monday. Very easy to talk to since I know nothing about garage doors. They resolved the problem quickly and said to let them know if we had any further problems. They were highly recommended and I would highly recommend them as well.

Google5Highly recommended!! We had a garage door issue late on a Saturday afternoon. He came out on Sunday morning and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. We will call again for service.

Google5I had a spring break on my garage door. I didn't have the money to get it fixed right now, so Tim came out and looked at it for free, and hooked the spring up to give me a little more use out of it and time to come up with the money to fix it properly. Tim is a great guy. Very polite and helpful, offering advice on my doors. I definitely recommend Wabash Valley Garage doors to anyone needing that service. Their price is comparable to the other places in town. I'll definitely call Tim back when the time comes to change out the springs.
