Google5Called them at 8am needing a tension spring replaced on our garage door. They were here and done before lunch. Did a great job fast and made sure it was working properly be fore he left.

Google1I damaged a couple of panels. Keith had the panels and made multiple statements that the would be installed. This was 3 months ago. I don't believe in pestering someone. When they say they are going to do something, I take them at their word. I gave them plenty of time. A week ago I wrote an email to the owner (KenT)and did not receive a response. I called today, and guess what.... no return phone call or email. Your mileage may vary, but there are a couple of other reviews that go similar to my situation. I even offered to pay in advance. What a joke!

Google5garage door opener would not shut off when raining the door, but did stop going down. They showed up the next day and fixed it within a few minutes

Google5I called 2 weeks ago. Set up an appointment. I asked for a door color not in stock. Keith called back and found one at other office and called back before the day was over. The crew showed up on time today and were professional. I checked on their work a few times and they were kind and cleaned up their work area. I love not having to think about life tasks. My experience was just that. Thank you.

Google5Honestly Bobby and Carl that come out done a excellent job haven't seen my door work for months and these guys came out here in this weather and just got after it team work and professional work ethic ,sadly I didn't have diesel on hand for my shop heater so to be a good host I sit out there with them very informative and quick at their job goes to show this company has a very good moral the even in this cold weather was proud to have them do the repairs .

Google5Super easy to find what I wanted on the website. Joey came out and was very knowledgeable. Called with the quote a few hours later. I ordered and can't wait for the install in two weeks. Great customer service and amazing communication. Thanks, Keith and Joey!

Google2It took 2 different installers to hang my door. I called them a little over a month ago about the door being out of adjustment. I have been stood up 2 different times by them. The door is only 6 months old, you would think it is still under Warranty. Looks like they could at least call me when they stood me up. They didn't have any problem taking my money on time.

Google5Wake up Friday morning and notice I can't get out of the garage. Large spring on the garage door opener is broken so I call Overhead Door of Mt. Pleasant. Courteous, professional, and lifesavers. Even though they assured me that they would spring me about lunch they went above and beyond and showed up about 9:30 and fixed my issue. Overhead Door of Mt Pleasant Thank you!!
