Google5We have used Overhead door for years. Always come when we need them. Very reasonable on prices and when we had our disaster with a tree through our garage, they ordered our door and worked with us on the installation date. When I noticed a sound as the door would raise, I called them and they sent technicians out to solve the problem within a couple hours. Thank you Overhead Door.

Google5I called around 3:30pm Tuesday to have both springs replaced on my main garage door and it was fixed by 11am Wednesday. The young gentleman (I can't remember his name but looks like his initials are KF) that came out was very polite and professional and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you so much for your fast response and affordable prices. I would recommend calling them for your garage door needs.

Google1Called and set up an appointment for them to come out to repair or install a new garage door opener.Even called them the day of the appointment to make sure they were still coming out which they replied that they were.They never showed up or called to let me know they weren't coming.A week later and I still haven't heard anything.

Google1We had this garage door company come out about 2 weeks ago and fix our garage door, it came off track a week later we had to call them back it did the same thing again. So they sent out a supervisor and he fixed it and said the guy who came the first time did not know what he was doing and it is fixed correctly this time. So today about two weeks from first time coming off track we open and close door and its off track again. So we call cause they show 24 hour service if we want them to come out it will be full charge and full charge for parts we are told, so clearly they do not honor their work. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Yelp1Called a week ago. Told me they would have somebody call me back to schedule. Never heard from them. I guess they've got all the business they need. Update. They finally called back. Sent a technician. Didn't have the part I needed and said they'd order it. A week or so later they called and scheduled again. Same tech worked on the door/opener and left. An hour later my wife tried to leave, came back in the house and said, Garage door isn't working." I called them back and left a message. A week or so later I called and left another message. Still haven't heard from them and don't expect to.
