Have no fear! These folks are honest, professional, capable and quick. After the sticker-shock that I had when a larger company in Mckinney gave me a quote for a rather basic repair on one of my garage doors (which included enough unnecessary new parts that I nearly could've bought all-new doors!), I called Tru-Roll after recalling the good work they'd performed for me several years ago. How refreshing it was. From speaking to Kristin on the phone to Ted's friendly, can-do demeanor, the whole thing was a real pleasure. Not to mention that Ted expeditiously & permanently fixed what needed fixing, it looks great, and this for less than a tenth of the sum that the guys in McKinney wanted me to spend. How it is nice to find companies that still operate as I hope that I would; with integrity and clarity. They're my first call with any future garage door issues or upgrades.

I placed calls and sent emails but never received any return calls or emails. We have purchased a garage door opener from another company and have hired another installer. I would never call this company again and would never recommend them to anyone looking for garage doors, garage door openers, replacements of either one or service of any kind. I would understand if they were busy or no longer covered this area but it is extremely unprofessional for a business to ignore phone messages and emails. I ordered the model of garage door opener replacement which arrives this week and is being installed this week. I can't ask for better service. Now that's how to do business! Services Rendered: Contacted the provider to install a garage door opener replacement as they were listed as serving our county.

Good service. He showed up bright and early, replaced the old spring and did some maintenance on our other one and was done quickly. He gave us the Angie's discount. We were very satisfied and plan to this company in the future. Services Rendered: Replaced the broken spring on our double garage door. Also, without additional charge he tightened and lubed the spring on our other garage door.

It went great. Punctual. Even went as far as to offer to help set my outside garage key pad that had never been set before. Nice guy! Services Rendered: fixed my garage door opener and before he left, checked the other two and made sure they did not have the same problem.

The office kept in touch, relayed costs, offered options. The vinyl & seal are very snug. One door was never touching the floor. It closes fully now. Services Rendered: Install receiver, program 2 transmitters, replace bottom weatherseal. Install vinyl side trim on 2 bay garage with metal doors.
