Cable broke on our manual garage door making opening it near impossible. Ended up replacing both cables and adjusted tension so now it opens easier than before. They were done in no time. Very friendly and responsive. Very reasonably priced.

Called this morning before 8am, both people I spoke to were very professional-rare these days, but very appreciated. The repair tech was there promptly and fixed the loose wire on the opener very timely! I would highly recommend this company when you need help with garage doors. Local company is a plus too. Keep up the great work!

I have used this company on three separate occasions. I have absolutely no complaints. I only have glowing things to say about their service technicians and their office staff. Whatever I have needed, they have been Johnny on the spot taking care of me. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. Wow. What service. Yesterday my garage door broke, I used the BBB "request a quote" button on their BBB page and viola! I received an answer within a half hour and they came out and fixed my door the next day! Workers were respectful and very nice and they did a fast, good job!

If you are looking for a garage door repair these are the people to call . I am very pleased with the service and the prompted response I received from Darkinson Doors today . I called a couple companys that gave me the run around and even wasted my time by meeting me just to tell me they didn't have the time but not Darkinson Door and was even cheaper then they originally said they door is working great now and they have just secured a new customer for life.

Had a broken spring late at night. I called their after hours number and spoke with a guy. Told him what was going on and that we really needed someone to fix this tonight if possible because my wife is an attorney and has to be in court at 9 am. He told me he would be out after he took care of a few things and went back to pick up his truck. This call happened at 10:30 pm. So I sat up and waited, and waited, and waited.. I finally gave up at went to bed at 2 am. No call back. No show. No anything. Thank God for Uber.

Wonderful service! We replaced our old garage door. They have a great selection, they were here on time, the work was done quickly and it looks wonderful!!! Everyone was friendly, kind and informative!

When I called, they were not sure if they could get someone out for the day to help fix the garage door opener and that they would be out tomorrow. About 30 min. later I got a phone call back asking if I was available, that one of their crews got done early in Fremont and they will be in my area to help fix the door. They ended up taking a look at the opener fixed it to get it back running, and they replace some of the screws on the hinges. I also have a wood garage door that had a spot that was starting to crack. They ended up putting some brackets on the inside of the garage to keep the cracking from spreading to much. I know in the next couple of years I need to buy a new garage door and opener but I was glad that they came out and fixed what was wrong and helped keep everything running smoothly. Services Rendered: They fixed the garage door opener.
