BBB5Ethyn & Issac arrived promptly and assessed the problem I called them for (bottom of garage door needed rubber replaced) and they were on the job and gave me information on what to do in case problem continued (which it did not) I appreciated their information, honesty and promptness. Thank you Dad's!

Google5Had 2 new openers installed on December 30. The two gentlemen where very knowledgeable and friendly. It took them less than 2 hrs. To complete installation. Great job, thanks guys.

Google5Great customer service. Extremely fast. Garage door cable snapped, I called Dick's today and they were to my home within an hour. Replaced the cables in about 45 minutes. Used them 10 years ago and had a similar positive experience

Google5Amazing service!! Very honest and the two gentleman who came to do the repair went above and beyond!!! They took the time to explain to me exactly what was going to be done which was greatly appreciated!!! Would highly recommend for any and all garage door service and repairs!

Google5Very professional, Courteous and Prompt... any issues they do not hesitate to correct.. they never have the infamous "complaint attitude" .. the call center ladies are very friendly and make you feel appreciated as a customer. I would totally recommend them to anyone.. I also own multiple properties and will be using them again. They are obviously an equal opportunity business who treat everyone no matter the area code the same.. which is greatly appreciated.... I never take the time out to give reviews unless the service is appalling or super superb and in this case they are Super superb and me and my family are giving them 5 's on customer service alone. Appreciate you guys and continue to be a blessing for Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. #SevenTheRev

Google5Had a replacement garage door and operator put in, very happy with the results, and at a reasonable price. . Always glad to support a small local business. The three who worked on my door were Scott, Joshua, and Ethan. They were quick to come out, knowledgable, honest, and efficient, for a quality job.

Google5I deal with service companies regularly and its a pleasure when you deal with one that gets it right. I had what some made it seam as problem job , almost not fixable without concrete work also. Scott and Josh checked it out , made some repairs, made some door adjustments and Perfect..... door closes and seals. They made a complicated job look easy . But thats what professionals do! Many thumbs up to a quality company. Thankyou Nick

Google5Broken spring. Called and they came out the same day within hours, called ahead when they were on their way like they promised they would. Techs were nice, professional, and very fast. Replaced both springs at a very reasonable cost. They were done and gone within 1 hour, door works great. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.
