came on time, actually ahead of time which was good. went over all the possible repairs and options. did what appears to be good work. However, unless I am not in the real world the cost is very very expensive. material/parts cost based upon Amazon cost is about $140. Total bill was OVER $700 and he was only at house no more than 2 hours. This is medical doctor level cost and not worth it. I should have shopped around. I did not have them do the door wheels because I just knew I could do it myself. Parts on the way for $15 and I can do it in about 10 minutes.

The technician arrived promptly at 8:00am. The weather was 5 degrees. He wore shoe protection went to the garage and began his assessment of the job at hand. He was very professional and professionally friendly. He discover shaving of the inter wheels the white powder is the grinding of the inside of the garage motor. Ryan was completely finished by 10:00 .

Aaron was awesome! Less than an hour after our call, the service tech Aaron was here to fix our garage door.. the door needed parts he had with him, and at the end of his visit, the door was completely repaired.. The cost to fix the door surprised me at how affordable it was also! I really can't imagine their competition can come close to the high level of service I experienced.. Outstanding job on their part!

We are very happy with the work from Precision Garage Door of Toledo! Aaron was very helpful and upfront about everything that needed done. He made sure we were comfortable with everything and even gave me different product options so that we could pick the best fit for our budget. Aaron was also super helpful in giving us an estimate for another one of our garage doors, but never pressured us into having more work done. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!

Ryan was AWESOME!!!! Very informative on what the issues were. Pointed out things that we didn't even realize were issues. Was not pushy at all with trying to get us to spend more money. Was honest about what needed fixed in order of importance and what were things that could wait. Fast clean work, very polite and professional. We will definitely be back if we need more work in the future and Precision will be our ONLY garage door company we recommend!!! Ryan also had all the parts needed on his truck when he came to do the quote so no need to schedule a second appointment.

Ryan was super amiable and pleasant. Excellent work done with some favours thrown in for free. One year warranty on his labour and three year warranty on the parts replaced for my garage door. I'm happy to recommend Ryan and Precision Garage Door company to anyone in need.
