Wade has done a great job. He is very courteous and professional! He repaired my garage door perfectly! Thanks for the great work! In addition, I am very grateful to the lady who answered my call. I was very distressed since I bumped the garage door when backing out my car. She was very sympathetic which really comforted me. The manager also scheduled the appointment the same day. Thanks for helping!

Wade the technician did a great job! Very professional and knowledgeable. I decided to get a new opener instead of fixing the old out dated one. I got a lift master. No issues. Glad I spent the money.

Josh did an excellent job with my 2 garage doors! They needed some yearly maintenance. He suggested getting new rollers on both garage doors. My old wooden garage doors are around 70 years old. He is the 1st garage door repairmen to ever suggested this. This was done on January 10, 2024. Then over the weekend with the weather being so cold, my 1 garage door with a garage door opener (that was installed in 1984) was making a whirring noise ,and the garage door would only go up manually. So Josh came back on January 16,2024. Then I said that it's probably time to invest in a new garage door opener. So he was kind enough to set up an appointment for this morning, January 17,2024 at 9 a.m. This garage door is up and running now! Josh is very professional, kind, and his expertise with garage doors shows! He is an asset to your company!

I may not be that important, but I deserve to be treated like a valued customer Upon SEVERAL attempts to get an estimate for a garage door installation, they failed to even call me back. I have moved on to the best. Certainly I will prevail. Poor customer relations with that kind of treatment. They had no answer as to why I hadn't been called back. You can't not call people back. I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business. If they had cared about getting me an estimate they week, I would've said yes to their service availability. MF's I moved on. They called back after reading this review. I still have moved on.

I highly recommend the services of Quality Overhead Door to those who own a home, or operate a business, in the Toledo/Monroe area! They recently installed for us two entry doors, a storm door, and garage door and jamb. The process from start to finish was excellent - from the initial consultation with our salesperson, Robb, to the installation with Mike and his team (as well as the positive interaction I had along the way with Eric, Emily, and Stacy in the office)! This company operates very timely, efficiently, and professionally, and the products and craftmanship they provide are top notch at a very reasonable price! What a true blessing!! Situation: Man vs New Mower. Man (and garage door) lost! Resolution: Called Quality Overhead Door. They were at our house in less than TWO HOURS! The nicest tech (Jason) worked to straighten out the metal track (which we thought was a goner) as well as the brackets and was able to fix everything so we did not need to buy a new track! So grateful for the fast and amazing service!! Hope not to need repairs anytime soon, but if/when we do, we are calling QUALITY OVERHEAD DOOR!! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!!

Garage door got plastic from the ceiling wrapped in the spring & came off tracks. QOD took my call and had people out the same day. By the time I got home from work it looked new and was working great. Price was very reasonable for same day service. Would definitely recommend them.

I want to share my Excellent experience with the Salesman Ryan and especially the installers Rich Barker and his Partner Moose. They came out and measured my OLD Hip roof Barn, where I have been fighting sliding doors for years. the beams were not plumb and they were twisted. This team made a new overhead door fit like a glove and it is so quiet you can hardly hear the operator run. I am Very Pleased with the efforts they made to make it work flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any Garage or Commercial Door install.

Was very disappointed today. Think twice Michiganders on using Quality Over Head doors. I bought my garage door from them in 2021 and had a decent experience. I called today to set up an appointment to have the garage door maintenance. There is nothing wrong with it, just a check up. They gave me one price and set the appointment up. Then they called me back to let me know since I live in Michigan my price was going to be much higher. I mean much higher. Because I don't live in their foot print. Very disappointed, guess they don't want to serve their own product.

Someone ran into my garage door overnight and left it in shambles. The door itself was badly bent and one of the rails was also bent what I thought was beyond repair. Quality Overhead Door sent someone out within 2 hours of my call to them and what I thought would be a huge estimate to replace the door and rails ended up being repaired on the spot at a very good price. The repair man sure knows his stuff!

Called Quality to install sun shields on my opener photo eyes, Wade did so swiftly and then proceeded to lube and adjust my door and opener from head to toe! He made them operate and sound like it was brand new, this company goes above and beyond! They get 5 stars from me.

I needed a new garage door as my old wood door wasn't sufficient. They ordered the door and installed it. They were on time and cordial. I would highly recommend their services. ** even came back to do more work because of a bracket I needed. I use them for my yearly tuneup. They are knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable.

Sales person was misleading by promising the garage door opener to be functional after the install. Installers replaced the door on Friday and as the sales person did not indicate that a broken pulley needs to be replaced - they did not have the part with them. They promised to exchange the pulley and reconnect the door to the opener early next week leaving us without garage door opener over the weekend - with a door without external handle or lock - so pretty inconvenient after paying $540. Nobody called us on Monday and upon our complaints, we were told that the exchange of the pulley (a $7 part) would be a $150 service fee. I was considering having them drive out after I exchanged the pulley (an easy 3 minute repair) as the reconnect was explicitly part of the contract but as they insisted on the pulley repair being not part of the contract I told them to forget it. Overall a petty, unprofessional company that I would not recommend! Services Rendered: Replace garage door and fix garage door opener

The old garage presented challenges to the installers, but they worked very hard, and succeeded in removing old doors and apparatus and installing new doors and automatic openers, which work great. We arrived home one day to find our garage door spring had broken. We called Quality Overhead Door on the phone. Within the next day they had somebody come out look at it and repair it. He actually went beyond just repairing the spring. He went a head a greased and oiled all the door parts. He made sure everything was working and tightened thing up. He did a really great job. Everything was left clean when he was done. Services Rendered: They repaired my garage door spring.

Who knows? Nobody at the company knows anything. I thought these people might actually know what they were doing with their super-AAA rating. Services Rendered: We ordered a door and paid 10% down on January 3. The sales guy said it would be a couple of weeks. It's a couple of weeks. Two and a half. I phoned. Woman on phone had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Apparently this company does not have computers. I phoned the salesman's cell. He also knew nothing. He had to get back to the office. Nobody has a laptop here?
