Google5Two very polite repairmen arrived right on time and fixed my broken garage door in what seemed to be no time at all. The door actually runs and sounds smoother than before, and they even re-mounted our laser beam correctly just because they noticed it was mounted wrong. I'm delighted.

Google5I called for a repair this morning and within 2 hours the crew was here fixing our garage door. Professional, clean and also explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. All under warranty. Excellent Customer Service.

Google5I didn't give a good review to these guys earlier, which was wrong on my part. I was tired of waiting for doors to come in. It was about a 3 month wait, however doors finally came in and Tony did a fantastic job on installing our slider and entry door, and Kenny and another Tony did a great job installing our garage door. They all did a great job on cleaning up and hauling old doors away. I would highly recommend this company, but be patient it will probably take a while for things to come in, which they told me up front.

Google5Been searching for a lighthouse-themed door for years for our Marblehead OH home - the ProVia door proved to be our choice. Worked with salesman "Don" - it was a pleasure to be informed throughout the process of the status. Install date: "Tony" was a one-man crew, drove from Michigan(!). He was able to re-install the original indoor trim (which was extremely important to us), and perhaps equally pleasing was his professionalism, sense-of-humor, and attention to detail. Advised us of some minor improvement during install which was equally appreciated. (He was also quite tolerant of our pet who, after several escape attempts, was leashed to supervise the entire operation) Highly recommend Toledo Door and Window and their entire team - a first-rate experience from start to finish. Thank you !

Google5Large Showroom - Professional Team! What more can you ask from the BEST Window And Door Company?! But the SERVICE and PRODUCTS are SECOND TO NONE! Toledo Door And Window replaced our entry doors and garage door and words cannot express how much of an improvement it made to not only our home but our lives! We went with the insulated garage door which in the summer it's cooler to get in to our cars and WARMER - yes - WARMER in the winter with an easier car start due to the amazing insulation factor - well worth the few extra $$s! AND the entry doors with storm doors - A-M-AZ-I-N-G! Even on the coldest day in the winter i can open the door and look through the storm door and feel nothing of the arctic temperatures! Seriously...close the door and you hear nothing outdoors or feel any sense of cold or heat! Provia doors are the best! PLUS WE JUST LOVE THE SECURE KEYLESS ENTRY and easy handles for our older friends with frail hands. But finally I want to share we live in one the areas where the homes were classically built in the 20's - beautiful wood floors..wood windows...slate roof...etc...but our door openings are different...more narrow than today's standard...NOT A PROBLEM for Toledo Door And Window - their team was quick to custom size our door but the true craftsmen came out when they installed it with such grace and skill. But here is the punchline...wait for it...the pictures here are years old...and you WOULDN'T EVEN KNOW IT....Toledo Door And Window replaced our doors a few years ago and we are as happy today as we were the day they installed them! A BIG THANK YOU TO TEAM TOLEDO DOOR AND WINDOW!! YOU ARE THE BEST!
