I called for an appointment the day before and had an appointment for the next day. Matt was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what my problem was. The opener was repaired in less than an hour with brand new parts. Overall the repair was very quick and my garage door was back in service. My wife called Matt Payne and described our problem (the garage door would open by itself at random times).Matt suggested for us to try a garage door system reset, and gave instructions on how to try it. We should call him If it didn't work, as we would need a new controller circuit board for the opener. We followed Matt's instructions and it worked like a charm; we were able to reset the system and reprogram our openers.We are very thankful for Matt's helpful attitude - he could have easily charged us to come out and 'take a look', then perform the repair. We appreciate this kind of attitude that defines his business.
