Had some issues with my old garage door bottom weather stripping. Were very helpful and patient with me, as I couldn't seem to get the right fit. Will probably go to them when I'm ready to get my windows replaced.

I had them install a garage door opener and they did a great job. I called them yesterday around 4 and they where avle to get it done for me today. I highly recommend them Great hard working guys.

These guys were amazing! Had a broken garage door and called Heartland. The repair guy was at my house within an hour! He quickly repaired, lubricated, and adjusted the door. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Heartland!

I will never use this company again. They installed the handles on our garage door wrong. So they had to replace the panel and handles. There was zero communication leading up to this repair for their mistake--it took months! Then they charge us for their error! On top of that, this is the first brand new set of garage doors we have bought that allows water in our garage every time it rains. Our old garage doors did not have this issue. Heartland could not come up with a solution, yet continued to make excuses for why water was getting in under the garage doors. To me, this product is over priced, not quality and they are shady in how they do business--charging us for their error. Very displeased. It's too bad Anytime Garage Door company doesn't cover the Topeka area. They have great prices, quality products and excellent customer service.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. Called Darin and he was very professional, prompt and knew what he was talking about. They didnt have the right spring on hand so they temporarily fixed it in the mean time so I could still use my door until the correct spring came in. Once the spring came in they came out even when I was not able to be there due to my work schedule and fixed it in a timely manner. They called me and kept me up to date through out the entire repair. I would recommend them to everyone. 10/10 Thank you!

Spring broke on one of our garage doors. Called Heartland in the morning, and they were at our house 4 hours later fixing the spring. Very fast and knowledgeable technician went above and beyond. Greased all the rollers on both doors and adjusted the travel limit on the one he fixed. I would recommend Heartland Door & Window to everyone in Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, and St. Joe Missouri.

Had a broken spring on my garage door. Not only did Heartland come fast but did so much more. Without me even being at home they fixed the door but then went on to inspect, grease, and adjust both doors to include an adjustment to an opener that would better its life and improve my property. Couldn't ask for more! When they were done the bill was completely appropriate for the repair.... The speed, expertise, adjustments and care were all included. I won't need to research a door company again, these guys are a no brainer. Thanks!!

Overall, they did a pretty good job. I would recommend them for any kind of garage door installation. Our installation was a little unique for a house. A main air duct runs parallel to the doors towards the middle of the garage. The duct's position did not allow enough ceiling footage for a typical top-mounted garage door. We first consulted with Overhead Door of Topeka but, due to the size constraints, their best offer to us was to install cut down chain-driven operators which would not give us full clearance on the doors. The lack of clearance was concerning (we have an SUV) so we reached out to Heartland Door to see what they can do. Their sales rep, on the first visit, identified that the correct product to meet our needs were side-mounted garage door openers. They also concurred that a cut-down chain drive would work but, to get maximum door clearance, a side-mount operator was the best choice. We decided to get a pair of LiftMaster 3500's (which are awesome, btw). The installers were performed their work in a professional manner, cleaned up after themselves, and even walked us through how to set up all the wireless devices. The installation is several months old now and we have yet to have any problems. Our only gripe is that the motion detectors on the switches don't always work right away (they are supposed to turn on the overhead lights as soon as someone walks in). The operators themselves are great. They are very quiet which is important as there are bedrooms right above the garage.

The technician explained everything to me and was very helpful. He replaced both springs and explained that the other would not last that much longer. I thought the price was very reasonable. He took time to answer other questions I had about my opener. Very satisfied! Services Rendered: After calling several other businesses to fix my garage door, who either did not return my call or were too busy, I called Heartland Door. They had a technician out within an hour who fixed my door ( broke causing the door to fall and lock my car in the garage) in less than 30 minutes.

It went perfectly. He had to drive a long way to our home which is in the country and difficult to find. He called to say he was on his way and arrive right when he was scheduled. Our garage doors are old but he did not pressure us to consider new doors. He got our old doors working perfectly, even cutting down a small tree blocking one of them. After finishing the work my husband asked if he could help him remove a hose from his tractor. It took more strength than my elderly husband had. He cheerfully and kindly helped with that project. When he presented the bill I was amazed and had to ask,"Is that all?" Services Rendered: He fixed our garage door that would not open and close, adjusted the other two doors and helped my frail elderly husband remove a Hydraulic hose from his tractor. Husband was not strong enough to turn the connector. He was prompt. Professional and very competent.

The man who came out to provide the estimate was very professional and on time but also personable. I had the estimate in hand before he left and a number to contact to set up the install if I wanted it, which I did. They weren't the cheapest but not too expensive and were by far the most professional. When install time came the installer arrived on time and got right to work. Door was up and ready to go in no time hardly. The repair on the other door included adjustments and a new spring system instead of the old style. This was also done without a hitch. No mess no fuss. Was very pleased and still am. I will without a doubt use them in the future for any needs I have that they can fill. Prompt, professional and reasonable price wise. What more can you want. Services Rendered: Heartland came out to estimate replacing a one garage door and fixing an old one that was still in good shape but had a busted spring. They then came out and did just exactly that.

I called a couple of guys. Everybody was busy, including Heartland. They all said they'd get there In a day or two. Heartland called back and said they had some time that afternoon. Should be there around 2:00. He (sorry, didn't get his name - I got the feeling he owned the company) came by as expected. Took one look and saw the problem. He fixed it in like no time, adjusted a couple of things and was done. He didn't charge me; I got the feeling it just wasn't worth writing it up. The guy was extraordinarily efficient and nice. I would recommend him to anybody and would of course use him again. In fact, he's the only one I'll use. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door. Wouldn't close. I'm in a wheelchair, so was a little limited in what I could do to see the problem.
