I had the most amazing experience. Colby came out to my home for free estimate very professional, not very. The salesman very patient explained everything. with this company I would recommend to my grandmother company and the girls Taylor and Courtney who work in the office r nice professionals and they gave me a reasonable price and gave me a discount for being a disabled veteran so my fellow vets definitely a solid company to go to a be treated with amazing care
I have used Holt Garage Door Repair to Fix a broken spring in the past. My experience was positive so when we were having problems with both of our garage doors, I didn't hesitate to call them again. Tanner Holt was my technician and let me know he was coming and sent a picture so I would recognize him. He did a thorough investigation on both ancient garage door openers and determined, we needed to replace both. He was prepared to do the installation that very day but we suggested coming the next day. He let us know when he was coming, and was there on time He did the replacements quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after he completed the job. He answered all of our questions and was very personable. I would definitely recommend Holt Garage Door Repair.

Contacted Holt through Facebook messenger on a Saturday regarding one door opener not working and the other one worked sometimes. They quickly responded and had me scheduled for that Monday. A very pleasant young man named Jordan arrived. He was thorough and knowledgeable on my garage doors and how my old openers needed replaced because they don't make parts for them anymore. Gave me a quote and we scheduled that week to have the work done. Another friendly tech, Tanner, called the day of to let me know he could arrive earlier than my appt. time to start the work and that Jordan would be joining him shortly after to finish the job with him. They removed my 2 old openers, tracks, keypads and installed new ones along with adding a wireless keypad on the exterior. Oiled springs, pulleys, etc. Educated me on my doors and what I may need to replace on them in the coming year or so. Instructed me on my new openers. (Which are so much more quieter than my old ones). They even blew out leaves and debri from my garage. Tanner and Jordan are very knowledgeable. The communication with Holt from start to finish was exceptional. We are extremely happy to have found them to be our go to for anything garage door related!

Colby was very pleasant and worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for in a door. Today Jordan and Zach installed my door. They were gentlemen. The door works great, and the motor hums quietly now. They explained everything and gave me some great pointers. I'm very satisfied.
Very friendly and professional receptionist. Appointment was made and they immediately sent a text reminder with the date and a few more before actual appointment. They showed up when they said and offered a very fair price and did fast good work. Payment was easy. I highly recommend them. Colby was our technician and explained work very well. 5 stars!!!
Hands down the most satisfying experience I have ever experienced! Was able to get a same day appointment and the technician Jordon was phenomenal! Made recommendations and showed me, then offered options allowing me to choose how to proceed. His enthusiasm and professionalism is refreshing in this day and age.
