Google5Eric came and fixed my garage door and I couldn't have asked for someone better. He was super nice and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. If I ever have anymore issue, I will undoubtedly call him back and I will refer his services to friends and family. Thank you so much

Google5I have used Don's Garage Doors on three separate occasions. Each time, Eric has been prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a garage door installed or repaired.

Google5EXPERIENCE MATTERS!!! I have a double car wooden garage door that was originally installed in the 1980's. I recently backed into it and did quite a bit of damage to it. I was certain that it would need to be replaced. I called Dons Garage Doors and spoke with Eric. We discussed all the options, and Eric assured me that he could repair the door and that we could avoid having to order a new one, which would take several weeks due to the shipping issues that are going on right now. Communication was excellent, as was the quality and care of the work done. If you need work on your garage door, do yourself a favor and call Eric from Don's Garage Doors.

Google5I needed just the panels replaced on my door. Called several places with varying levels of call back. Eric called back right away and was friendly and helpful. It was an extended time for the door to come in due to Covid delays, Eric was great at communicating with me the status of the order. When it came time to install he showed up when he said he would, again great communication about when he'd be there. Finished the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working perfect, including all the hardware that was existing and not installed by him. Supporting local small businesses is important to me, you can't go wrong with using Eric and Don's garage doors.

Google5Had a spring and cable break one one of our 2 doors. I called Don's based on previous reviews and called the original installer with no reply. Eric called me back promptly. Was here the next afternoon. I wanted all springs and cables replaced for both doors as they had some age on them. Eric came and took care of my doors and inspected the pulleys and found to be heavily worn. Had those replaced also. He also made sure all were in working order prior to leaving. His cost for the work was very very reasonable. Eric was very efficient and very thorough. If any more issues down the road or need doors replaced Don's will be the only call I make and my suggestion is they should be your first call also.

Google5We were locked out of 1 of our 3 garage doors and called Don's Garage Doors to help us. Eric, came the next day to assist us. He was such a gentleman and really new his trade!! After he repaired the door that was not working, he went over all 3 with a fine tooth comb!! He was so professional, efficient and definitely reasonably priced!! We have him on speed dial for any issues that may arise in the future!! The Bowen family highly recommend Don's Garage Doors, 100%!!

His expertise on color and design helped lead us to the perfect doors for our home. He was so efficient with the installation and left the garage in better shape than he found it.
