The technician was great--positive, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly (he put the roller back on track, and lubricated it). He answered all my questions about why the door stuck, what I should (and shouldn't) use to lubricate it, and told me what all the replacement options are for when my worn track no longer works.

Within two hours of making a call for a broken spring, the technician called to say he was on the way. Arrived promptly and replaced the broken spring (we also chose to have the second spring replaced due to age). Fair price and our tech was top notch!

Awesome job by Jonathan. He arrived earlier than expected. Was well versed in the garage door opener issue. He resolved the problem in a timely manner. It was a great experience ( if you have a garage door issue) cost, professionalism and expertise. I would recommend them time and time again. It is an Honest company with true core values. Had a spring break over the weekend. Was able to call and get an appointment setup on Monday (They would have came sooner if necessary). The technician was very polite and professional. Quickly got our spring replaced along with lubing and inspecting our other door. Will definitely go with Precision Garage Door next time I need a repair!

We have 4 garage doors...and every 4 or 5 years, one will break or need service. Called today, and it was fixed today, just like Precision Door has every time we've needed them. The technician Jonathan called when he was en route, was here when he said he would be, repaired the busted spring ASAP, and it's working just fine! So, service and workmanship couldn't be batter.

Great guy, very knowledgeable and neat. The price was very reasonable and Thomas gave me preventive maintenance tips to help keep our doors in tip top shape.
