Google5Had Rocky Top install a new garage door and opener. Company furnished quality products and did an excellent job installing them. And they guarantee the products and their work for three years. Google5Great people that do fast work! We needed a door looked at and they came first thing next day, they temporarily fixed the problem and we ended up ordering new doors from them. The new equipment arrived promptly and were installed quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Google5Our old garage door spring sheered in half so I called them expecting a week lead time and they came out the next day to take a look. My wife and I had discussed replacing our doors and motors anyway so I asked him if he could get me a quote together. He called into the main office with what we were needing and as he was clamping my spring back, I received multiple quotes via email with all of the options I asked about. After our parts came in, they came out and installed them the next business day and even knocked off the price of the initial repair from the final quote. Our new doors are great and quiet. They also warranty everything for a full year. I highly recommend them. Correction: Warranty on labor is three years; even better!

The skill & integrity of this family owned business far exceeded expectations. Entire old system removed/hauled off. The installation of new garage door&opener is nothing less than perfect. Google5Fabulous job!! Robbie was here when he said he would be. He guided me through the different types of equipment specific to my needs. Finished the job super quick. Explained everything thoroughly and fully backs the work. Could not ask for a better experience.

Google5Super nice people. Great professional work and fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone. My 11 year old circuit board went out and I called them on Wednesday. They came out that afternoon at the exact time they said they would, diagnosed the problem and they came the next day to install a brand new system. This is how all business should operate. 5 stars!

Google5I called them on 7/31/17 and the came the same day to give me a estimate. He ordered it on the same day and it was ready on 8/9/17. They installed it on 8/10 and it was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The man was so nice. If you need Garage Door service call them.
