I've been a very happy customer of Able Garage Doors for years. Everything from replacing broken springs, periodic tune-ups, and most recently, replacement of the opener and remotes along with full service of the door, spring, rollers, etc. Work is always prompt and professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them - Able should be your go-to company any kind of garage door service.

I LOVE Able Garage Door Service! Tim gave me a great price on 1 double door and 1 single door as well as very quiet garage door openers. The service was on time; the gentleman that installed them was very polite and efficient with his work, cleaning up after himself as well. A few weeks later I hit my new garage door backing out before it was completely open. Frustrating and a first for me! Tim came out right away and was very fair with his estimate to replace the bottom two panels and various parts. This is a LOCAL company who is very ethical in their business dealings. You can not go wrong using this company and I will recommend Able Garage Door service to everyone!!

Showed up as scheduled. Diagnosed the problem and within 15-20 minutes had it working, As he was getting ready to leave I asked him if he could program my car visor to operate the garage door. The opener had been replaced 18 months ago and the installer at that time said that he could not get the car remote to work without adding some sort of interface which I declined. This guy connected it within a minute! ******

Garage door would not operate when I got home. Called them after hours and left a voicemail. They called me back early the next morning and came out the following day. They came at the agreed upon time and have my garage door working well again. Great service, will use them again for any garage door needs.

I called Able garage doors over a weekend and discussed a package deal that would suit my needs for a replacement door. Monday morning they came out to make a quick verification of what was needed in accordance with our phone conversation and by Tuesday afternoon I had a perfectly fitted new door with a fantastic, smoothly operating motor all at a great price. This is a professional, friendly and highly efficient garage door company. I whole heartedly recommend Able Garage Door!

We have utilized the services of Able Garage Door in the past at our old home. Today, our door would not open. So, we knew to call Able Garage Door. We were happy to find out they serviced the area we had moved to. They were able to come out within an hour of us calling them. The technician easily diagnosed the issue. Within an hour, we were back up and running. The technician conducted a full inspection of both our garage doors. He made some recommendations, but also made sure we knew it wasn't necessarily anything that needed done right away. Fair price, quick response, knowledgeable technician, professional workmanship. Highly recommend Able Garage Door.

We called them on Sunday as the spring on our garage broke and we couldn't open the garage door to get out. They said they could be there on Monday between 8-9:00 am. The gentleman arrived before 8 am and got right to work. By 8:48 am he was done and had put in two new garage springs. The door opens so much better. He was efficient and very pleasant to work with. Such a very great experience.

Absolutely great service! I called in early afternoon after a very bad experience with another company; they were able to get a technician out same day. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough about what needed to be done to fix my garage door; fixed it in less than an hour! I called another company and left a message. They never called me back. So I looked at a few companies on Yelp. I ended up calling Able Garage Door Service based on Yelp reviews and left a message. They called me back a few hours later and we discussed my issue. We set up a time for them to come to my house. They told what they thought the problem was based on the issue I was having but would come out to confirm. They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed within an hour. Very pleased. Very polite and very efficient. Really glad I called them

Able is the best, I have a rental home and the garage was locked with broken springs. I called Tim and he was out very timely, removed the broken springs/replaced them and my tenants were so happy to have their garage back. In the past he has repaired this door and adjusted the garage door opener and we have recommended him to friends and neighbors. He was on time, well organized, inspected the door, quickly diagnosed the issue, and charged a very reasonable fee. He is honest and fair. I will recommend him anytime I get a chance.

Had Tim out a couple of years ago to replace my broken spring on my garage door. Called early in the morning and he fit me in late that same day. Great service, Great work, fast, efficient, checked everything else when finished and just a very nice and honest guy. So today I am having him out to replace my garage door opener which died on me after about 10 years or so. Anyway, I will post again after this job is complete. Anticipate the same great service and fair reasonable pricing as before.

Tim showed up early for our scheduled appointment and did a visual inspection of our 2 older (1986) garage doors that we thought would have to be replaced. Tim gave me a very nice surprise when he said that the doors were fine just needed a little maintenance and the new openers. He made recommendations for spring tension wires for safety but at no time gave a high pressure sales pitch, he totally let it be my decision what work I wanted to be performed. Tim came back the next day with all the necessary parts and removed the 2 non working garage door openers and installed the 2 new ones in their place. He also installed a remote pad for each opener that has a vacation setting on it. When the entire job was completed Tim took the time to explain the warranty, how everything works and recommended maintenance. We had priced out new garage door openers and doors at Home Depot because we thought the doors would need to be replaced along with the openers. Not only did Tim save the doors but his prices and professionalism far exceeded the competition. I would highly recommend Tim and Able Garage Door Service LLC to anyone especially if you have older garage doors, Tim was great! Services Rendered: removed 2 old garage door openers and installed 2 new garage door openers, door spring tension wires, installed new rubber gaskets on both doors and general maintenance on both doors which we thought would need to be replaced.

Tim is the best! He was able to come by the day after we spoke to assess the damage, and he was able to fix the door right on the spot. He's great - professional, courteous, personable, and provides great advice regarding door operation and condition of the working parts. I wouldn't call anyone else. This is the second time we have used Able Garage Door and we had an excellent experience just like the first time. Tim had previously repaired our 1987 vintage double-wide metal garage door, after it broke down 2-3 years ago. We thought then it would surely need to be replaced: it was old, sagged badly in the middle and was inoperable! Tim, a shining exemplar of integrity, honesty, professionalism & fairness, informed us it did not have to be replaced! Instead, all he needed to do to restore it to operability was add a metal support strut for a fraction of the cost of a new door... This time, we needed him to fix a broken garage door spring. Tim, who is also an excellent teacher, took the time to describe the nature & scope of the problem and the general nature of mechanical systems like automatic garage doors with moving parts to have inherent stresses & wear that eventually cause parts to break despite good preventive maintenance. He communicated clearly & worked efficiently to install 2 new springs, then to comprehensively inspect, tune and lubricate the door and door opening system. He reassured us our old garage door still has some useful life and said the strut he installed is still doing it's job! We originally chose Able because they were a local Tucson firm -- in general, we prefer supporting local firms with our business over the Phoenix - Scottsdale mega-firms who extend their businesses to cover Pima County. And we chose them because Able had consistently gotten rave reviews on Angie's List and still does! Cost of 2015 job = about $200. Services Rendered: Tim Hale, local Tucsonan & owner, promptly returned our call and arranged a service call after we had a garage door spring break. He arrived exactly on time, quickly assessed, diagnosed & repaired the problem.
