Yelp1Unacceptable. Scheduler confirmed with us and then had no idea who we were when we called for an ETA after waiting. She agreed to then send a tech to correct her error and that person never showed. She admitted to never having sent him. Ridiculous.

Google5I needed a garage door repair and called Discount Door Service because they were recommended, and now I know why. From setting up the appointment to when Eddie showed up within a couple of hours, everything went smoothly. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and Eddie took the time to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Google5We had a great experience with Discount Garage Door. The receptionist was polite and the tech was able to come the same day shortly after I called. Kevin was professional and courteous and completed the work swiftly. We are very pleased with the result.

Google5Today (on a weekend, GDG service personnel (Dillon) arrived at my home to quote a repair job on my garage door. It was a very reasonable quote. He began work immediately and was able to complete the job in approximately 90 minutes. And, I was able to use my garage again

Google5What a pleasure to use this local business! Our springs finally broke on our garage and my realtor friend who also manages a lot of properties in Tucson recommended them. I called them at 8:30 and explained our garage door was keeping our one vehicle hostage. The woman said she could dispatch a technician in about 30 min before he went east with other jobs. He arrived promptly 30 min later and diagnosed the problem and took about an hour to do it and was professional and experienced. I won't be using anyone else and they're so good I even have American home shield and would use discount before them even!

Google5Kevin came to do repairs to my garage door and also install a new opener. He was so kind, professional, and assured me the cost would be fair. The work was done quickly and everything is working better than ever!!! The cost was so much less that expected! Fair prices and professional work.... hard to find these days!

BBB5I was in the garage when I heard the left garage door spring break. I called Discount Door about 4:30 PM and they sent ***** out the next morning. He called and said he'd be there in ***** minutes. In exactly 15 minutes he was at the door. It took about 40 minutes to replace the spring. When I asked about garage door maintenance I was embarrassed at my ignorance but glad I asked! I learned that the spring had been noisy because I had not lubricated it, causing it to bind. If any more garage door issues occur I will call Discount Door.

Google5Amazing Service, Amazing Price, Amazing Door After finding out the thud we were hearing when opening our garage door was our old 25 year old steel garage door sagging from metal fatigue, we called Discount Garage Door Service and they came over and braced it for a very reasonable price. I asked what my options were and they never pressured me into buying a new door, but I inquired anyway. We just had new windows replaced and were going to have to paint our house anyway. Discount Garage Door Service gave us an amazing price on a great upgraded insulted door with large windows. The whole process was easy, efficient, and well communicated. I highly recommend Discount Garage Door Service! I included a picture, TOTAL UPGRADE for my house.

Yelp5Had a broken door spring on Friday morning. Called the door installer and they were busy so they recommend Kevin at Discount Door Service. Called at 1100 said they would be here by 1:00. Kevin came and changed the spring, lubed the door and made sure I was happy. He showed up about 12:50 and was all done by 1:20. $316 total. Clean install and courteous service. Will call Kevin first next time and I recommend you do the same.

Google5The spring on our garage door unfortunately broke late Friday afternoon. I began calling around to get pricing and left several messages around town. I contacted the owner of Discount Door Service on Saturday afternoon and was quoted a much better price. She advised someone would be out on Monday. Sure enough just a promised, Kevin called Monday morning to advise he was on his way. He arrived less than ten minutes later. He replaced both springs within 20 minutes or so. The door wasn't quite right, so he made some adjustments, and fixed it right up! Payment was super easy, and he sent us a paid invoice within minutes of leaving. Can't get any better service than that! I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. They've got a customer for life!! Thanks, Discount!!

Yelp5Got a broken spring this morning. Called Discount and spoke to Melissa. She was courteous and responsive. Kevin came out to replace the spring within 2 hours. Kevin provided top notch service and I can't say enough good things about him. Discount Door Service is my new GO TO place for garage door related services - They should be yours, too. Big thanks for both Melissa and Kevin!!!!

Yelp5Our garage door broke, and we needed help immediately. I called a few other places with very long wait times for service (think weeks) thankfully Discount Door Service had availability within days. I was very pleased that instead of having to replace the whole door they could brace it and replace the broken part as it had a crack, and the winding mechanism was completely broken. The price was very reasonable, and the service was performed on the same day as the estimate. Since moving to Tucson, we've encountered some shady businesses, but this is not one of those. I would say this is one of the best businesses in Tucson, because they care and aren't trying to upsell their customers.

Yelp5My garage door broke badly I called 3 different companies for estimates, and Discount Doors were able to come out the next day. 2 other companies came out earlier and I was very surprised at how much the estimates were. Then one said it would be 11 weeks before they could get one in an the other was 8 weeks out. Then Discount garage doors came out an to my surprise they beat one estimate by $3k, an the other by $750, and 6 days later my door new door was installed. Very professional, fast, They removed an replaced the old door,springs, rails and all the hardware in under 2 hours. Great job!! They exceeded all my expectations. They are bonded an licenced

Yelp5Discount door deserves more than 5 stars. Kevin came out today, right on time of my appointment. I was having trouble with my garage door closing at times. He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem as just a door that was in need of some long overdue lubrication. Door is much quieter, smoother and shuts every time. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I have any garage door issues come up. A+ Company!

Brandon called before he came and was so polite and gave me some great suggestions on how to keep the pack rats away, as they had chewed through my weather stripping to get into my garage.
